AVOID THE RED-HEADED GLASSES-WEARING SALES LADY. I had good feeling about Wilson until a few months ago. Unfortunately, the red-haired woman with the glasses was really inept at her job and deceptively gas lights customers. She made my mother and I feel silly and stupid until we walked out of the store and realized what actually happened.
During check out, I had walked away to sit down. My mother had ordered 1 light fixture, but she charged her for 2 and claimed I had said so. Then when I walked up and she said that my mother had told her two. That left my mother and I both frustrated at each other when really it was the red-headed woman's fault! Furthermore, when trying to redeem our $100 gift card, she only took off $99.99 and claimed it was "taxes" when it was just her mistake. We let it go since it seemed silly to demand an adjustment over one cent, but then it took her FOREVER to check out. She even had to call a much younger brunette co-worker to show her the ropes.
Just about every experience I had at Wilson has been great except this one time. If it was just one mistake from the lady I would of let it go; but it was mistake after mistake after gas light and more gas light, to both myself AND my MOTHER. Super...
Read moreOrder two fixtures and paid for them. I was able to pick up one but the other according to their staff member was not in stock till the following Saturday. I called on Saturday to see if the fixture made it in as promised and they informed me that it wasn't even ordered. They claimed it would take weeks to come in and could not give me a definite answer of when. I informed them that I had an electrician at home who was supposed to be installing that fixture today. She said there was nothing they could do so I asked to speak with a manager. At that moment they hung up the phone. I called back numerous time and they would not pick up. It would just ring and go straight to voicemail.
Update: a few days later I did receive a call from the store manager Bob. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to correct the issues. They sent an electrician out the next day with the second fixture. Thank you Bob for resolving the issues in a prompt and...

We purchased 4 fans and some lights in 2016, and one fan started buzzing after almost 2 years. The manufacturer thought it was caused by a certain part. Wilson paid for the part, and we paid a reasonable amount for a service call. That didn't work, so Wilson contacted the manufacturer to get them to replace the fan, which they did. Wilson then installed the new fan for no additional charge. The service reps were great. We asked them what would have happened if the manufacturer wouldn't replace the fan, and they said that they would have replaced it themselves. The service rep also said that he had done repair and installation work for several companies before working for Wilson and that their customer service was far and away the best...
