Bubble Tea House — Restaurant in Richmond Heights

Got there just before close. Ordered 2 drinks and a scoop of ice cream for our daughter. When we got the drinks, they were not what we ordered. I told the girl who helped make them. She told the man at the register that she had heard me order and he had rung up the wrong drinks. He told me that the drinks are good, just take them. My wife tasted hers and didn't like it. I told the girl that my wife didn't like hers, so we wouldn't be taking them. What we wanted is what we ordered, but the man at the register loudly announced that they were closed, put cash on the counter, grabbed the drinks and threw them in the trash. Turned out he only gave us a partial refund for the drinks. Never going back...

Coming from a spoiled Californian who knows what good Boba taste like, I can say that this place does NOT make quality Boba. The quality is cheap and the drinks are of low quality as they are more sugary than flavorful. Unfortunately, their smoothies suffer the same fate as the Boba drinks, more sugar and less flavor. But the redeeming trait of this place is the quantity for the price. Overall, if you are an avid Boba drinker, you more than likely won't enjoy this place, but if you are new to the experience of Boba and like sugary drinks this might be your spot. No good. I got coconut boba tea and coffee boba tea. They both were mediocre. This was my first time getting boba here and I made the mistake of getting a large. I couldn’t drink it. They also got both orders wrong. I was okay that they put orange jelly instead of the rainbow I asked for but they messed up the second order as well. When told that they used coconut milk on that order instead of the coffee tea that was asked, the guy was very adamant that we asked for coconut. There’s no way because she hates...
