Kyoto Teppanyaki — Restaurant in Richmond Heights

The food was good and there was plenty of it! It was steaming hot and fresh, delicious! I had the teriyaki chicken on "fired" rice (check the menu yourself!) but it worked for me! It was a big portion for a lunch, but I was really hungry, so they must have seen that I was famished and took care of it.

But you know how it is with Chinese food... A half and hour later, it didn't seem as big a portion as I had originally thought! (it was, but Chinese never lasts long enough!)

My girlfriend has some veggie meal on lo mein noodles, being the vegetarian she is, and it was good too. No complaints from her, which makes my experience so much better!

I did have a gnat in my first water cup, but I got a new one and everything was good. A little extra protein...

Absolutely the rudest customer service I've ever had. The guy taking the order made fun of me to his teammate because I couldn't understand what he was saying through his mask. After he made fun of me his teammate laughed and when I called him out for it, he played it off like he was talking about his mask. I am from out of state and never eaten at this type of place. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Special for $7.49 on 3/13/23. I thought I was getting a freshly prepared meal Just as I ordered it However, after eating 1/4 portion of my meal I felt uneasy immediately! I then noticed SHRIMP on my plate.
