Wonderful customer service, especially Mark at the front desk.

The room was nice, slightly smaller than I expected but it did have a decent sized couch (it was a sleeper but didn't explore that option) for chilling on, or in our case, where the laundry hung out. The bed was nice and comfy, and between that and the curtains blocking the light we enjoyed a few extra hours of much needed rest. There was a small balcony, that had a tightly placed palstic chair in one side. Outside of the gorgeous view of the parking lot, there were plenty of trees to stare off upon, if you need a break of nature without actually venturing into it.

The biggest complaint, was I couldn't find an ice machine that worked for the life of me. I went up and down 3 floors like I was in a Benny Hill skit. Floor I was on? No ice. Next floor? handful of ice... Next floor after that? Still no ice. Granted there was a concert that weekend, so maybe that was why the ice machines were out of order?

The bathroom was clean, with a tub/shower setup. Was a nice size, with a separate sink/mirror set up outside, with the mini fridge and coffee maker set-up right across from it.

They do have breakfast but we did not make it to it sadly. Nor did we get to check out the pool etc, even though that was the main reason for staying there (outside of the closeness to where we were going).

If you're a foodie, there's quite a few restaurants right down the street, as well as a Wegmans, if you're just trying to grab something light and premade. There are also a few places to shop nearby, but we didn't have the time (this time) to make it anywhere sadly. Would stay again, especially if you're attending a nearby show (hopefully yours goes better than ours). Just a heads up -- it will be cheap to get to the nearby concert venue, but the return trip will take a bit and be probably 3x more than it took to get there.

All in all a good clean hotel, with great customer service. However the breakfast and the pool etc amenities you'll have to venture to find out. They do have a convenience store right next to the check in if you need a late...

Hotel was a great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful the entire stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The only negative that I need to discuss was in relation to the breakfast coffee restaurant on site - which I was told by the front desk was not affiliated with the hotel. A separate entity perhaps but non the less, when we checked in we were giving 2 complimentary breakfast cards for the next morning. Upon further review, the cards only listed coffee, juice, cereal and bagel as what was offered. So my son went down to order a breakfast sandwich with my credit card for him and a coffee for me with the comp card. He was charged $13.78 so I am assuming he was charged for the coffee too as that would be the most expensive breakfast sandwich I've heard of. Had about 45 minutes before he was heading off to soccer game, plenty of time. 20 mins goes by, 25, then over 30 mins and still not food or coffee. Its now time to go and he texts me that he never received his food or my coffee but he has to leave. I go down to talk to the one employee doing her best to run the counter and say at this point, I would just like my money back. She tells me no can do, because she gave my son his food already. I explain to her that did not happen. She argues with me and is adamant that she gave him the sandwich. She was so sure that she gave him the food based on the facts that he was a 15 year old boy with poofy curly hair - which is the national haircut for that age group in 2025. This discussion went no where, no refund was giving so I just left as I had to catch his game. The front desk woman overheard all of this conversation and said while she couldn't do anything about a refund, she graciously offered me 14$ worth of snacks/drinks from the front desk store. I thanked her but declined her offer as that was not the resolution I was looking for at that point. So long story short, great hotel, just don't recommend visiting the breakfast...

This place is like a pretty girl, but when she smiles, she’s missing 3 front teeth. We did 5 nights discount for Spring Break while visiting relatives and taking our kids to DC for the first time. Everything seemed new and clean, but there are a lot of weird gaping flaws.

  1. We chose this place for the indoor pool. We got in line to get our temps checked to enter the pool, but were told by the woman taking temps that the pool was closed to guests and that she rents it for private swimming lessons. She said, “Talk to the front desk.” And, yes, the front desk confirmed and we were told that guests could not use the pool due to covid.
  2. The ice machine on our floor only dispenses 1 bucket of ice per 15-20 minutes, so it pays to take elevator to the 2nd floor to use the machine that works good enough to fill your cooler and water bottles. I’d use the stairs, but they’re a long walk each way.
  3. There are no USB charging ports in our room. In 2021. Even the lodge at the state park we stayed at last weekend had that.
  4. There are weirdly missing fixtures, like doorstops. This leaves holes in walls and chipped paint. No shelf in the bathroom, so we had to pile clean towels on the floor and toilet.
  5. We got back to our room tonight and the fridge has frozen over and everything we left in it is warm.
  6. We tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt despite the overwhelming odor of marijuana when we entered the back foot by our room, but that pretty much characterized what was behind the curtain at every turn. Great Starbucks coffee at breakfast, but no protein or enough calories of any kind to get you through the morning. Friendly workers, but no actual investment from up the ladder. And why is there literally no signage marking where or what our hotel is named? Definitely a weird and disappointing experience. I would 100% not return or use any properties using the online...

I stayed at this hotel for about a month as a Silver status member, and overall, I was not impressed. While the rooms are nice and the location is decent, the service left much to be desired—especially from the housekeeping staff. On my last day, I went to the store to grab a few things because I wasn’t feeling well. When I returned, I found that housekeeping had entered my room, stripped it completely, and had towels and things all over the room, even though check-out wasn’t until 11 AM. This happened at 9 AM and was both frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, there seems to be a communication barrier with some of the housekeeping staff, so if you need anything, I highly recommend going through the front desk. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing, and I don’t feel that the service matched the price or the standards the hotel advertises. If you’re considering staying here, be mindful of these issues.

Room was nice although the bathroom was really small, but not a deal breaker. The reason for a lower star rating is they charge $5 a day for parking unless you are apart of their rewards program. AND they do charge $9 for breakfast if you want it. My husband purchased the brrakfast for each of us totalling $18 for 1 day breakfast for us, which was fine.....the next morning we come down for the breakfast we paid for and IT IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I posted 1 picture of the menu, and 1 picture what my husband got with his $9 breakfast and another picture of what I got for $9 breakfast. They do have breakfast sandwiches here BUT ITS NOT INCLUDED IN THE $9 BREAKFAST!!! Well another couple just walked in and they just informed me they were charged $11 each per day... THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO DISCLOSE THIS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE PAID BREAKFAST!!!
