I don't know if "Shopping Mall" is an accurate description for the area, but it's definitely got a ton of businesses in the area. There are large businesses like TJ Maxx, Homesense, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, but also a large array of smaller businesses as well.
I think it's a great stop for general shopping needs, but during peak hours it gets pretty crazy in there. The parking layout isn't the best, so it causes a lot of traffic. There's one particular exit where making a left turn is near impossible on busy days (not the fault of Columbia Crossing, but it definitely affects the experience).
