DIRTY AND OLD! Don't stay here. Any of the other hotels at this intersection would have to be better. There were stains on nearly every item of bedding - both comforters, duvet cover, most of the bedsheets, both mattress covers had stains. And we found hairs in one of the beds, which makes me doubt the linens were changed. There were stains and a huge wrinkle in the carpet, rust on the hanging rack. The doorway to the bathroom looked like a tire store with filthy handprints all over the edge of the door frame. For $85, I don't expect perfection, but I expect a LOT better than this!! And hey, mister hotel manager, don't respond with your usual "I will get it fixed right away". This room has been nasty for a very long time. It took years for it to get this bad. Also, the doors are on the outside, and we had to keep the shades closed on our first floor room to keep the crowd of smokers from peeking in. There are much nicer hotels in the area for $10 or $20 more. It would be well worth it to stay somewhere else.

Work stay. A lot of potential. Clean, updated room. One trash can had trash in it already. I checked in a little after 1:30AM. Issue: I used the toilet once to urinate. Went to sleep. Next morning, woke up. I used the toilet to urinate, toilet overflowed, I called the front desk. “Melinda Jones” at the front desk told me to come get a plunger and towels and clean it up myself, all attitude. I requested a partial refund and checked out. Her and some man (not in uniform and apparently not an employee because she said she had no maintenance or housekeeping available to assist) were sitting at the front desk. She told me I needed to speak with the property manager. Refused to provide me a name of the manager.

2.5 stars Front desk friendly and swift. Location: right off the highway. Room: you decide for yourself as the pictures speak for themselves as well (room #217). Doesn’t look too bad if you get there at night but when I woke up I was in utter disgust. Every metal accent in the room is tarnished and gross. It did smell like it was cleaned and the sheets were clean as well. The bed… eh… old and laid through. There’s a $50 deposit up front and it will take (business) days to get it back. I am not worried about it personally but I know some folks won’t be able to spot that.

Room was comfortable and clean. There was like 6 USB or type-c hookups between the 2 which was wonderful. The location was perfect. The main highway on-ramp was literally right outside of the hotel driveway. Plus, there was a Waffle House right next door and lots of reataurants/stores at the next traffic light. The Hotel did offer a full hot breakfast included with the rooms.

The ONLY thing that I wasn't happy about and that really surprised me was how this Hotel handled my deposit refund. It is required to pay a $50 deposit refundable upon check-out. I chose to pay mine in cash bc the Clerk told me that I would get the cash back immediately when I check-out, instead of having to wait the 7-10 days, if paid with a card. Great, I thought, who wants to wait longer and I didnt want to possibly forget about it either. However, the Clerk failed to mention that if you check-out early, not wait till the normal 11am check-out time, that the Hotel won't have cash in the drawer to refund the deposit. At my xhexk-out, I had to make it to the Airport, so at 6:45am I was trying to negotiate with the Clerk (not the same person as when I checked-in) that I couldn't wait till 11am bc I had to be at the Airport. Well he said sorry and pointed to a note taped to the glass that he said explained this policy. He did offer to leave my information for the Manager and said maybe they could mail it, but he wasn't 100% it could be mailed. Obviously I took that option bc I had to leave but I was not happy with feeling like I was gambling to ask about the outcome of the process and additionally, the lack of communication with regards to the process. The Manager did actually call me later that day and told me she could mail it out, which I was very happy to hear. With that being said, even though it was such a small amount for the deposit, I was like eh, about the fact that the Clerk almost talked me into using the cash and it ended up being extra stress and haggling over something that could of easily been handled with a card transaction. So just a heads up about that!

A second thing I thought I would mention was that my sons room had a malfunctioned mechanical issue with the electronic card door system. The Hotel had to try to get him in, with hard keys, which they could not. So they just switched his room. Now, they asked him if he had anything in the room he needed access to. He said no. But the following day (at the Airport) he asked me to help him cancel his debit card bc he had left it in the first room. That is actually when he told me the story about what had happened. He had went out to dinner with my older sister to celebrate his military graduation and when he returned, his key wasnt working. He went to the counter, she couldn't get him in. You know the rest. Of course I helped him cancel his card and had wished I knew about this happening the previous night. I was like also thinking what the hell is going on that this Hotel could not gain access to this room. Hopefully he didn't have anything else in the room that he overlooked. I did call to let them know the card was left behind and can be discarded. Whoever answered the phone didn't mention there was anything else left behind, thankfully. Again, not a major problem, but that could very well have been, easily. On a scale of 1 to 10, probably could of been a 10, with a 10 being missing our flight home.

But since there wasn't any major issues or problems, I did give this Hotel the highest score bc the rooms were nice, service was helpful and location was perfect. Just a little food...

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The photos are not accurate on this booking. The condition this entire building is in could be considered questionable for both health and safety. Kind of shocked they haven’t been shut down or are under investigation due to the overall conditions found here. I rented two rooms and both rooms had their own issues. Let’s start with the outside of the facility, the metal is rusty, the paint is chipped and peeling, there was debris including a car tire in the surrounding landscaping. We had two rooms rented. Walked in one room and found broken lamps and French fries on the floor from a previous guest, stains on the bedding. The other room had a variety of issues. We found broken lamps again, stained bed sheets, a bug was in the bedding when we pulled the sheets back. We also had water damage spots on hanging art in room. Outlets that didn’t work, splattered stains on walls in room. Cracked tile on the bathroom floor and hole in the wall in the bedroom area below a hanging photo. There was also other damages with paint and structural damages that were viewable throughout this facility. We had a dirty freezer compartment in the mini fridge. When we arrived we informed the front desk of the dirty rooms. Then we went to check out the pool noticed the sign said pool hours 12-9, but the pool was locked. When we called to find out how to get in around 4pm they said it will be closed till 5pm. So we went to dinner and came back, decided to go back to our room to relax or try to and watch tv and chill. When we went to turn TV’s on in both rooms couldn’t get either to work. So we called the front desk again for the third time on this stay and asked what was going on. They informed us the cable was out, unsure if or when it would be restored also the wifi was out. So basically other than a dirty bed and a coffee pot this place was a disaster. We rented these rooms for 4 days. We spent the first night on the phone multiple times with booking.com to see what could be done. Unfortunately they weren’t able to reach the front desk staff by phone to try and assist us, no surprise. We ended up driving around looking for an alternative place to stay. After about 11:30pm we gave up as we wanted to just go to bed. As we had a 1yr old with us you could only imagine how challenging this entire situation was on not only us but him as well. We will be addressing this with management this morning and will continue our search tomorrow for a new hotel. As it appears from what we saw visiting multiple hotels in the area. This is almost standard all across the board in this area of what you get here. Other nearby hotels had their pools closed by health departments and had dirty rooms. Definitely need to do a lot more research before staying in this...

We booked this hotel for a upcoming christian revival in the area of course we dont know this area at all we were coming from Florida we did what research we could and alot of the places were booked out because of this event when we arrived the ladies up front were EXTREMELY friendly and very informative we ended up getting room 305 which was right near the stairwell and the elevator which was convenient since I had my 2 younger children with me and luggage to get up to our room the rooms were fairly clean we did wip everything down with some lysol wipes and checked the beds I will say I appreciate the beds have plastic mattress covers on them I always check for bed bugs the beds were nicely made and clean but the bathroom towels seemed used and just refolded and hung up for the most part the bathroom was extremely small but got the job done

Once night came it was a complete different story there were people all up and down the halls people sitting smoking weed in the stair wells talking and laughing then a guy was screaming so loud on his phone I called down stairs twice asking them to handle the situation I had little kids there so the smell was coming through the door and the noise was so loud they ladies up front did say they tried to get the people to stop being loud which I appreciate what they were trying to do but it seemed to have no control over anyone the place looks pretty scary from the outside but inside was ok like I said but once the dark hit it was what I would say ghetto as it comes smh this place is scary at night I wouldn't recommend a family staying here with little ones the noise was crazy and my little one was so scared we stayed the night the next morning We found blunt roaches on the ground cigarette butts it was gross

The next morning there was a gentleman running the breakfast area and desk as me and some other guest sat down for the breakfast they had a closet or a prep room door open where they did the food and a HUUUUUUGE cockroach came out he looked like ohhh my god and swept it up so I had my kids immediately stop eating their cereal and toast and we left he wasn't very welcoming or friendly and the FOOD WAS NOT COOKED EVERYTHING WAS SUPER COLD AND THE EGGS WERE COMPLETE MUSH the sausage was so cold the gentleman did not care at all due to him being on the phone after sweeping up that cockroah and was outside smoking

I would not book here again I think this place could have great potential if ran by the proper people and management the location was in a great location for food shopping but the pictures are DEFINITELY not what...
