EDIT 10/9: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The same female who ā€œhelpedā€ me last time got a major attitude with me for leaving a review, lied and said she discussed a charge on my account at the last minute, then said she was as going to call the cops on me because I took a picture of the inside of a public store? She is the reason we will be leaving AT&T to go to T-Mobile. Who hires these people?? ** if she wore a name tag I would be able to mention her by name. This post is for the pretty black lady with the glasses who has a four year old son in PreK who was a preemie. I came in with my three kids to find out about turning on a phone for my mom. You let me know the phone was not unlocked and it wasn’t paid off and that I would have to discuss with T-Mobile first, who the phone was purchased from. I said thank you for letting me know this and that I would try to get it sorted out. So why did you add a new number to my account WITH insurance, under an Apple Watch I don’t have. And now I’m being told I have to drive out of my way to go to the store to get this fixed? Are you on commission or something? Is that what motivates you to steal from customers? I NEVER authorized any charge to my account and you never mentioned anything about their being a payment for ANYTHING. This is leaving the worst taste in my mouth for AT&T and am considering changing phone plans to a better company.

Alexis Harris went ABOVE & BEYOND for my needs as a customer. I was having a frustrating time trying to convert my services from Verizon & she achieved everything I asked for. I have been trying to walk out the store with a new phone & trying to transfer my services from Verizon to AT&T and I because of the complications, I was ready to give up on trying to be a customer of AT&T, However Alexis MADE IT HAPPEN & had me walk out of the store as a happy customer. 10/10 would recommend seeing Alexis for any of your AT&T needs!

I had an issue with a transaction at AT&T where I was misinformed about the terms. This led to unexpected charges and purchases made. Jane helped me she was very nice and I asked every question and repeated it back to where I thought I understood what charges were being made. I’m 20 years old this was my first time purchasing a new phone on my own! I decided to go into the store so I could see everything that’s was being done and where I could learn as well. I was told to get case, screen protector, and a free item. That it was included in my military discount and that I wouldn’t be charged for it. I wasn’t told that those purchases in the store would be a payment plan on my bill each month. I told her I didn’t want to purchase the case and screen protector in the store and get it somewhere else. But she was like no it’s included in the military discount when anyone hears that they’re like heck yeah! But no I look at my bill and monthly charges towards those items! I was charged two protection charges I didn’t want. Please anyone who goes in to purchase a new phone and your young please bring someone with you or someone on the phone so sales rep can’t sell you anything. I’m young and felt like I got taking advantage of. She talks really fast and really quick! I just wish I had someone who actually helped me for my benefit and not only there’s! Everyone just go online and purchase your phone these sales rep in the phone store will get you and sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need to get. I just wanted to upgrade my phone. Went in a paid my phone off $121 yay! Then taxes $116 which I was told included the $35 fee I’m getting charged again on my bill thanks! Then now $124 for the first month and will slowly go down after all those fees and charges I didn’t need are paid. So that’s over $300 now plus $100 something in accessories I’m being charged each month like what??? You said it was included in the military discount anyone can tell you accessories are wayyyyy cheaper everywhere else but a phone store. When I went it I told her hey I don’t have a lot of money just to get my new phone I wanted that I upgraded and got $800 off which is just coming out of my bill each month! After leaving that store and looking at my bill I will never go into another phone store to upgrade or purchase a new phone. I thought I was doing good since I was so young and could actually learn how all that’s works by speaking to someone instead I got taken advantage of! LEARN FROM ME THANK YOU VERY DISAPPOINTED AT&T! ALSO IVE TRIED CALLING YALL I CANT GET ONE REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE THAT IS JUST INSANE I CANT SPEAK TO ONE REAL PERSON OVER THE PHONE! ALSO I TRIED CALLING THE AT&T STORE TO TELL THEM MY PROBLEM HE JUST TELLS ME TO CALL AT&T SERVICES LIKE YOU CANT EVEN HELP ME THE STORE I WENT TO, TO PURCHASE MY PHONE AND DID ALL THOSES CHARGES AND FEES CANT HELP ME! Atrocious customer service. I walked in around 10 am- I was literally the only person in the entire store, there were 2 female employees that were talking to each other the whole time, about a male employee, then he walked in. The one "helping" me hardly even looked in my direction the whole 15-20 minutes I was there. I told her that I wanted another google pixel and she nodded to where they were. I tried to ask her the price differences between the 7 and 8 and all she said was "the 7 will be x amount each month". Couldn't be bothered to explain to me the differences between the two phones. I chose one, she put it in a bag, took my payment and sent me on my way. I asked her if I could turn it on to make sure it works (which, every other time I've ever gotten a phone, they've done that for me). I'm really bad at technology and I was asking her to help me log in to the new phone so it would bring up all the info from my old phone, and she just said "if it doesn't work, I can't help you since your old one is broken" so once again, I'm trying to do all this on my own. I get to a certain point and tell her that usually there's a screen where I can log in with my email and password and it brings up all my synched info and she finally takes the phone and helps me. It's like I'm in there begging for help with this phone when that's literally what they're there for. I've been through LOTS of phones - gone to AT&T stores in California, Tennessee, Maryland, and Georgia and I've never experienced customer service this bad. Ever.
