Midtown Shopping Center — Local services in Columbus

Not sure if they value the customers who pay out of pocket after an accident or not. The staff appeared to be disappointed my insurance wasn't going to pay for their service. They asked about it several times and wanted me to call my claims adjuster a 2nd time when I knew they weren't paying. So all they had available were 3 minivans on Friday and again on Tuesday. They referred me to the office on Veteran's and that experience was worse. I talked with someone this morning about the arrangements for a car even down to the pick-up if I called from the garage. So when I called after dropping my car off, guess what? The garage was out of their "service range"...why didn't the young man I spoke with this morning tell me that. I switched to another nationally known company after all that. That company came to pick me up with no problem, didn't ask me weather the insurance would be covering the fees after I told him I didn't have that coverage and wrote me up a contract for 2 weeks in a nice VW SUV without blinking an eye. That was ALL I needed...a nice rental car while my car was being repaired. So, no, I won't use Enterprise here in town and, no, I don't recommend them....

We're going to break this down by stores.

Starbucks is great. Their coffees are unrivaled in the local area. Clean, calm, and refreshing atmosphere.

Panera Bread is OK. I've only ordered once, a baker's dozen doughnuts, and they were wonderful! Clean, calm, and friendly environment. They're also DoorDash friendly.

Aldi's is a good store with good prices. Clean, robust, and friendly staff. Just remember to buy Aldi's bags for future visits, and keep a quarter on you for the shopping trollies.

The Dollar Tree was clean, staff was friendly, and overall a good experience.

I always receive excellent customer service when I go to this location. However, my complaint is they don't have any lemons or lemon juice on the drink bar for us to put in our drinks. But the other location in Columbus has it readily available. And when I went there this morning, they didn't have any honey. Certain items. I don't feel like you should ever run out of. Especially when it's something you have daily. There's too many grocery stores for them...
