This place used to be Jin Han, an incredible Korean cuisine spot tucked away in the corner in a shopping center in Corona. Literally one of the best spots for Korean food in the IE. Hard to find until you pass the 15 and 91 and go further out.

Unfortunately, the freshly remodeled Japanese restaurant does not hold up to the previous standard of amazement in terms of food. I do see some retained staff members. They are so kind and incredibly attentive. They provide great customer service. I want to be crystal clear, there is nothing wrong with their service. It’s superb.

Food is generic. If I would recommend anything, get their rolls over their other options. Their spider roll and sushi burrito hits the usual Japanese American fusion palate. They have a nice green jalapeño mayo which nice to go with the rolls. If you like your food with sauce, you’re going to need it. We got the 30 dollar bento with teriyaki chicken and salmon. I’m telling you, you’ll get better flavor going across the street buying a Costco chicken for 5 dollars and buying that Japanese bbq sauce they sell and putting it on top and you’ll have a save 20 dollars and feed yourself for the week. The chicken tasted as though it was boiled with ginger and then lightly topped with teriyaki sauces the salmon tasted as it was straight from the package into the grill, then out with a little...

I was staying in Corona and found this little gem within walking distance from my hotel. All you can eat sushi! I called to ask if they had gluten free soy sauce and they said yes so I figured I could at least get the basic sushi rolls and sashimi. This place had AMAZING service! It was probably the nicest service I've ever had. I asked right away when seated for gluten free soy sauce and said I had an allergy so they knew it was serious. I did not ask about cross contact, however I had 3 separate people come over to confirm I had a gluten allergy and go over some things. First the server, who told everyone else. He brought out the gluten free tamari and even read the label himself to confirm. Then the manager came over to discuss what I meant by gluten and we discussed flour and soy sauce would not be okay so she said to not get anything with sauce as even the spicy mayo has soy sauce. The server said he would note that anything I order should have NO SAUCE. Then another lady came over to go over what I ordered and would come tell me each time I accidentally ordered something that had soy sauce in it. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond!

The sashimi and sushi rolls were tasty and fresh. They were small if you were doing all you can eat, but I appreciate that. My favorite by far was the salmon skin hand roll...

Everything from fresh seafood, especially the salmon was delicious, all for $30. Yes, that is right, $30. The have BOGO off the menu if you opt for a la carte, which is a great deal btw.

Best way to describe it was buttery and smooth. Ratio of rice is ridiculously small, big fish portion. Service was on que. Never left you waiting and always checking on you. We opted for the ayce and was given an QR code to scan and ordered off our phone. Even with this almost self service, the staff was always available and constantly checking on us and clearing the table.

The owner was very present and check up on every table. He was very welcoming. Small menu and not so overwhelming in a very good way.

They have everything that your AYCE heart desire and nothing too crazy and drowning in sauce like other place. I like that the rolls come in 4 pieces so you can try various other rolls.

Clean place and oddly it was freezing cold(not complaining at all), especially when we been dealing with 100+ degree weather out here. They have a very good ac system going on... which is pretty scares in the area. Thank you for the...
