Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Corona

My kids saw an advertisement for Jack in the Box and wanted to have some burgers. I went to Jack in the Box that is located in Corona it was raining and I chose drive through ordering. I ordered classic Buttery Jack burgers, chicken nuggets, and fries. When I get home and opened the food the burgers were in a very bad condition.Nothing was matching the description on the website menu. My kids were so disappointed with the order. I paid 26 dollars for the whole order. I went back to the store with my husband and described the situation. The ladies workers were really nice, but the guy named Kenneth was very rude and was not even apologetic. He mentioned that we serve this to everyone and if u don’t want it I will throw it . He rudely took the bag and threw it in the garbage and said if u want your refund bring the whole order. I only gave you refund for three burgers. Usually in this kind of situation any restaurant will apologize and will offer you the refund or replacement willingly. It took us almost 20 minutes they will neither refund us the whole amount nor replace it with the actual item that we ordered. Finally the guys says we can refund you only for the 3 burgers which is around $7 and you will have to order again what burgers you want. Finally decided that it is not worth it the argument so we walked out without taking the refund and we left the burgers with them. I called back to speak to manager but someone who addressed himself as Superior answered and as I explained to him that the chicken itself is old, and you can taste it, he flat out said no, I was in the kitchen making the food, so there's no way. I understand why they are a shortage of staff now. The lack of profession in the jack in box is renounce. Even with the superior their, the quality is worst. The drink tasted really bad, like piping or cleaning solution. I requested a refund but he said no, I'ma just make it fresh. It should've been done like that in the first place. I've never had any issues with this location in the past 10 years that I come to this specific jack in the box but today was just not it. First the lady at drive through told me she wasn't going to change my drink as I chose a dr pepper and tea online but let me say that it doesn't give all the drink options so I told her and she said still can't change it. Well I informed her it's not my fault and they need to fix that on their end. Secondly I ordered the 2 jack combo online and they didn't put cheese on either of them and it specifies that it comes with cheese.
