Millen Nails — Local services in Cypress

There were roaches. ROACHES! Now, I recently moved to the Cypress area and have been to 3 or 4 nail spots trying to find someone who can get my pedicure right like the place I used to go to. Millen Nails was by far THE worst! Let me tell you a few things about my standards first...I don't have many! I know that not all places use a new set of tools for every customer and I've never had a problem with it. But at least be GOOD at using those tools! Would not recommend! Not only do they use "communal" tools without sanitizing, it's just not a sanitary environment all together. On top of that, had a nail chip the next week and when I went back to have them fix it, they treated me horribly. Made me wait until 20+ minutes and were very rude about the whole matter. Acted like it was my fault that the nail chipped! I had a nice length on my nails so wanted to get the Shellac manicure and they filed my nails so short...and shellac was very thick and nasty looking. Do not go here! They need to be turned in for a unsanitary salon,. And someone needs to teach...

I literally just paid to leave. I came in to get my acrylic nails taken off. Most nail shops will soak the nails off in acetone..not this place! The nail tech picked my nails off with clippers (something I could’ve done at home). She broke one of my natural nails down so low it started bleeding. Then she shoved it into acetone causing it to burn. This was my first and last experience at this nail salon.
