Jullieth Diaz from Aqua World came to my house requesting to test the quality of my water at first I was very reluctant but went ahead and gave her a sample of my water which she explained the test and that we were not drinking the quality of water we should be. She requested to come by the following day in order to perform a more comprehensive test on the water. Geovanny Lujano had accompanied her the following day and explained all the chlorine, and sediment that we have been drinking. I found this hard to believe since we had a water softer. Geovanny remained professional and performed his test. I had told them that I would think about their proposal that they presented after thinking about it for a couple of days I decided to go ahead and have the system installed. Geovanny and Jullieth returned and broke every thing down and to my surprise were able to get a tech to come by on the 4th of July. The tech was professional and very considerate he ran into a few problems with the water softener it was not connected correctly and we were not using it to the full potential. We decided to remove it and just stick with the water purification unit. Considering it added more time that originally anticipated the tech was more than willing to do this to insure that the device was installed correctly and using it to its full potential. I am very pleased with the Geovanny and Jullieth they broke everything down and laid everything out on the table took their time and I never felt rushed or pressure to purchasing their products. My parents got this system about 2 years ago the Sales Associate Maria Fernanda and some other gentleman came to our house and sold them this system. At the time of the sell they said many pretty and nice things to have my parents buy this system. Now that we had the freeze here in Texas we had been contacting them everyday to come and fix our water system since it froze and was not working, not only that but because of the system it froze the pipes from our house and caused damage to our pipes which we now have to pay to get fixed since they do not want to do anything about. When we finally got someone to answer they told us that we have to pay $120 to get technical support sent out to us and get the problem with the filter fixed. And they told us that freeze damage is not covered when the Sales associates told us that anything that happened to the filters was covered. We explained to them that we had one family that did not pay anything to get there problem fixed and why we have to pay. They now have not sent anyone to us nor have they solved our problem. Not only that but the person Maria Fernanda has not answered our calls nor has the office all we get is the automated voicemail service. We are absolutely dissatisfied with this company and the sales associates. Read moreScam Scam Scam I wish I could give them a zero. This company took advantage of my parents who are 80 years of age and pressured and convinced them into buying a $10,000 system. Within hours of having my parents digitally sign the contract , my parents don’t even have emails and conveniently this is the process they chose to present to them, they had installers at the house in a couple hours. These guys are like vultures preying on the elderly. 3 weeks after finding out what had happened my mother was sobbing in embarrassment that this had happened. I reached out to aqua world financial for help and they opened up a ticket for a resolution. Long story short Aqua World System stated that a customer has “3” days for any type of return and that my mother was liable for paying $10000 , Mind you most legit companies offer at least 30 days! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these criminals. Disgusting ,dishonest ,vultures that prey on the weak!
I have reach out to your customer service. There response was “ the system was sold to your mother and has nothing to do with them anymore!” And Delila from aqua financial spoke to Anthony aswell. I have tried to speak with Mrs Zapata your manager but I haven’t heard back.
