This was the most "broke" hotel I ever stay in. The pool was closed, no jacuzzi tub, no breakfast and no smoking rooms. And the TV didn't work!! So if u just wanna sleep and absolutely nothing else...this the place for you because it has nothing to offer but a bed with dirty sheets and peestained comforter. And extremly loud neighbors with saws and hammers and beeping trucks til midnight. When I complained they said I couldn't get my money back. Or nothing for my troubles. Very unprofessional. I would give them -10 and I'm being gracious with that rating. This is the worst hotel stay I've ever had ANYWHERE!! BEWARE!!

If you are looking for an expensive place to lay your head at night, that's about what you get here. We decided late to head for Dahlonega for Labor Day weekend. Rooms were at a premium. The good: The staff tries hard and are friendly. Extra towels were no issue. They also allowed pets. The beds weren't horrible. The water was hot. In room coffee maker. HDTV. Newish tub/shower enclosures. The bad: The decor is tired. The carpet is old. The bathroom cleaning is at best suspect. The area is surrounded with beautiful flowers and plants tended to by the owners. There is also a nice view when out walking your dog.

I booked this hotel about 2 years ago for a trip that fell through but I wanted to go when we finally made it. My daughter was super excited. She said she wanted to give it a 10 star review. I don't remember why but we enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn't permitting so we are glad that the pool wasn't open but at the same time we were slightly disappointed. The rooms were clean and tidy.we enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here if passing through Dalonegah again!

My husband and I came up in October at the end of October on the 23rd through the 25th we called to make a reservation we were told a bedroom with one bed was going to be ours but when we got there we were told that was impossible that they had to give us a room with two beds we’re married number one number two you could barely walk in the room with each other because there was no space at all to maneuver around the room but with being said the one room that has one bed has a Jacuzzi does them and told me that I could take and get that room if I wanted the one bed I can either choose to look at the Jacuzzi or I could use it for $40 a night that hotel is a money scam the gentleman that I spoke with made me feel like I was in the wrong because I told him that the lady we made the reservations with told us that we had a room with one bed one king bed and he said well ma’am I’m sorry but we don’t I will never ever recommend anybody to ever stay there ever while getting ready the next Saturday a gentleman came in the room to do something to the door barely knocked and just came on in this place is unbelievable I have no stars to even put at all so be warned anybody that wants to stay at the San it’s a joke all the pictures in the website or misleading😢👎🏻 What’s funny here’s that I have to select at least one star to be able to post this as...

I was told my room would cost $55 but was charged $79 without even being told of the price raise even after I asked if it was $55. We got room 106 and the heater did not work with it below freezing outside. Soon we discovered we had no hot water either. Besides that we had crack heads beside us on BOTH sides. We were eventually brought a small floor heater around midnight after my daughter and I were dressed for bed...after taking cold showers....talk about uncomfortable. When we checked out I confronted the lady about why I was charged so much and about the hot water and heat she yelled at me...ummmm hello?!?! I was not rude to her and she then told us to never come back because we complained too much. When did providing heat and hot water become a reason to yell at your guest??? That lady was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. When I asked her to just calm down and listen she went through a door behind the counter and disappeared. My daughter and I are locals and have stayed there before and we will NEVER go back. We notice when we where leaving the name had already changed again to Mountain Inn. So obviously they are having issues with other ppl. DO NOT...

STAY AWAY! Two friends and I had three rooms. We stayed four nights, and we each had the same opinion of this unsatisfactory motel. No breakfast despite Booking.com description. Not a big deal, but pretty Lame. The TV worked very intermittently. When I called the front desk to complain about the TV, I could barely hear the person at the desk because the line was full of static. The maintenance man who came to fix the TV looked homeless and smelled like an ashtray. His odor was so pungent it polluted my room for 20 minutes. Even though my room was booked as a no smoking room, clearly people smoked in it because there were cigarette burns in my shower curtain. My buddy two doors down woke up with a roach on his hand. I had to put one of my pillows in the corner room because it had some odd yellow stains on it. When we checked out this morning an old lady in pajamas was absolutely clueless and could not print our receipts. This motel is probably geared toward people who use is as a semi-permanent residence. The owner of this hotel is clearly not trying to attract mainstream travelers. Stay...
