Taco Bell has got to be one of our fave fast food places. But at this location, we were disappointed in the customer service. The manager stared at me from the back while our order was being taken. The cashier didn't put in our order of 2 bean and cheese burritos and when they gave us our order, which took longer than usual, with everything wrapped in the same paper so we couldn't tell the difference ( we ordered 3 5-layer burritos, 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos, a soft taco and 2 bean and cheese burritos). So my husband told the manager so she could tell him which one was which and she shrugged it off and just said she would redo the order instead, and to keep the order we got. So we sat down and ate a d the manager brought out the redo order, which didn't include the whole order, just the 5 layer and bean and rice burritos, but they were clearly marked with a black pencil. When I sent one of my kids up to get a to go bag, everyone behind the counter ignored him. (The manager and cashier we're outside the front of the store taking a smoke break) so another of my children went up and asked again a little louder to make sure they heard. Entered an order in the mobile app but couldn't get it to process and finalize, after about 10 minutes I pull up to drive through and the kid told me to pull around then this chick interrupts and says we had to come in. I couldn't I had to get to work. Left pretty upset.... So I got to work waiting on my work orders I tried the mobile app again, my son really wanted taco bell, everything worked , mobile order processed and took my payment. So fast forward 15 min, now I'm still working, I have orders to deliver, and thinking quick gonna go pick up the paid in full in advance mobile order. I get there and this same chick and matter of fact attitude over riding the drive thru clerk, they found my order to pull around drive thru. There were 2 customers that got there right B4 me and by the time I pulled around the 2nd customer was receiving his order and on his way.
