Harbor Freight — Local services in Dahlonega

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING OPEN BOXES…..AT HARBOR FREIGHT…………… About three weeks I purchased a10 inch miter saw off their back shelf they said it was a display model, so I didn’t look at it and I know that’s on me. I didn’t use it for about a week or so. I opened the box it was missing parts and had been used. The blade was so burnt from heat it wouldn’t go through butter. So I called the store in Dahlonega, Ga talked wit the mgr and he said to bring it in and he would refund my money which was about $80.00 but not a replacement which was ok with me. I was unable to take it back at that time when a family emergency came up in Oklahoma. So today after about a 10 days took it back and the mgr refused to take it back says they only have a 5 day return policy. I told them I talk with someone there . And the mgr basically said tuff. So I said Ok but I then decided to leave it there and told them they could have and could resale it to someone else Because it wasn’t worth the effort to take back home and throw it in the trash. i wasn’t in my best dress and I think they thought I was a bum try...

Tuesday, March 25 at exactly 3:20 PM. We walked into HarborFreight like we do with our children on any other day. The guy at the register hey can we help you said no we’re good we’re walking around. Good morning !! My name is Danny Gantt we have a small dirt track race team located in Cleveland Georgia and Toccoa Georgia. I just wanted to reach out and hopefully corporate may see this !! We race dirt track where we live here in Georgia ! We use nothing but tools and accessories from Harbor Freight! 2 weeks ago we didn't have a work bench to build our 4cylinder engine on. The only thing we had was a US GENERAL toolbox. So what did we do? We built the engine on the top of a us general toolbox ! Had no issues at all !!
