Sleep Number — Hotel in Dedham

I went to the Dedham sleep number store, I had two beds I wanted to compare by price and features , when I arrived I was greeted by Associate Janis. I explained that I wanted to compare two beds and I would then talk to her about options, I did not want to be pressured or do unnecessary comparisons. It was a great experience to have Janis listen and hear what I wanted from a bed, I was pleasantly impressed when Janis said May I show you a bed before you make a final decision, right beside the I8 was a bed the ILE…I can’t tell you how nice it was to deal with Janis , to have someone who is customer driven, product knowledge and understands price point. To deal with an associate who explains the product, an actually took the time to show me a great new bed with no hassles and no pressure. Product knowledge, understanding and hearing what the customer wants….priceless. Not only did I purchase the ILE I bought pillows, however the pillows were not a match for me, so I went back to Dedham to be greeted by Matthew. Again I impressed by the knowledge of product and the sincere effort made to get a right pillow for my needs, again not hurried as he showed me all options. I am so grateful for such a kind, knowledgeable staff that made my expectations their most important priority. Diana Berman was my sales person. She was very attentive the moment I walked in the store. She had informative answers for all of my questions. She really knows a lot about sleep number beds and accessories. I bought 2 mattresses to replace my old Temperpedic ones. I was so happy to find out I could do that. I bought new sheets for them & two new amazing pillows I learned about that are perfect for a side sleeper like me. There is a shoulder cutout. I was able to try the pillow on the bed I chose. Perfection. Then I was analyzed with the sleep IQ It was educational about my sleeping needs.

Duana spent quality time making sure my experience at sleep number was personalized to my needs. She asked the right questions to find out what I was looking for in a sleep number bed. The staff at this location was very friendly and answered all our questions without making us feel pressured to buy on the spot. Janet respected our budget and showed us different options. We had decided to check out their sale last minute so we had our toddler with us, the manager Matt helped direct her towards a little play area. A few times he went back to do work and she’d track him down to play some more and he was very good natured about it. A few times they even moved the play set so that she’d remain within our sight. They reached out after delivery to make sure everything went smoothly and to let us know if there were any additional questions.
