I came into the hooters of Dedham at approximately 6:00 PM Friday September 19th 2025 and was welcomed with a loud “welcome to hooters!!!” from the beautiful red headed bartender. After I was offered a table by the hostess I politely declined and went straight to the bar. The warm welcome instantly lured me in and I am here to report I did NOT regret my decision. I was greeted with a smile as the enticing red headed bartender introduced herself as “Elianna” and offered me a beverage. After I browsed the menu and contemplated my options I asked my new friend Elianna for a recommendation. She suggested the delicious and perfectly crafted “hoot punch”. This fruity cocktail made me feel like I was on a tropical vacation! As I sipped on my delicious beverage I checked out the menu. Smoked wings, grilled Daytona wings, boneless wings what do I get??? So many options it was almost overwhelming. Thankfully my new friend Elianna’s trustee co-bartender Stacey was able to recommend something delicious…. The grilled Daytona wings. They were fantastic! After I consumed those perfectly cooked wings I couldn’t help myself… I HAD to treat myself with dessert. Stacey and Elianna saw me browsing the dessert menu and informed me the chocolate mousse cake was the perfect way to end my meal and they were not wrong, it was delicious and satisfying. After I polished off that delightful chocolatey treat I noticed the manager chatting with some of the bar guests and I couldn’t help but introduce myself and inform him of the wonderful experience I had. He said his name was Joey and was delighted to hear I was such a positive experience, he welcomed me back to this location anytime! I will absolutely be returning ASAP and maybe next time I’ll try the...
Read moreThis restaurant was terrible. I hate to give a bad review and almost never do. I believe my mom was mostly right with the adage if you dont have nice things to say dont say anything...However, it is hard to be silent with this experience... First I will say I love Hooters and have enjoyed eating at their restaurants all over the U.S.A. Hooters Dedham, Massachusetts is an embarrassment to the franchise name a d reputation.
Starting with the wings, the food was terrible. I do not know I have ever seen wings so small served in a restaurant before. They were more like deep fried bones off a sparrow from my back yard. There was absolutely nothing to them. The meal was terribly disappointing.
Then there was the experience of the evening. If you walk into a Hooters anywhere else in the country they are know for fun, vibrant, lively service. Typically the girls overwhelm you with fun, welcoming and social personalities. In Hooters Dedham Massachusetts, the two bartenders were lucky if they spoke 30 words to my brother and I. It was more like Do you want drinks. Large or small. Do you want food? Do you want more? Ok your bill is in the bar when you are ready. They were about as social as an empty sneaker.
I enjoy Hooters and go to the all over the country because I do actually enjoy their wings and typically their service cannot be matched.
Tonight I was brutally disappointed and it pained me to tip 20%
I would not recommend this establishment in fact I would discourage against it.
They should lose their...
Read moreI traveled all the way from Providence to this location just for the wings, which I believe are worth it. They are always on point! However, the service was absolutely terrible. I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life.
Julia F, who was serving us that night, did a terrible job and made us feel completely neglected. I had to remind her about my drinks twice. We asked for water, but never received it until we had finished our food—and only because we asked for it a third time. On top of that, she brought the wrong fries after multiple attempts at clarifying our order. Then, 35 minutes later, she returned and said, "They did not have regular fries that night."
Throughout our visit, Julia spent most of her time talking with two gentlemen who seemed to be her friends or acquaintances. She was extremely distracted, and we even had to ask for the bill multiple times. Not to mention, I left hungry because it was impossible to get anything from her.
At the beginning, we were planning to leave at least an 18% tip, but by the end of the night, we decided to give no tip even when we felt bad about it, but her service was terrible. I’m not sure if this location caters more to the gentlemen, but I’m used to going to the Rhode Island location with family and friends, where the staff is always great...
