Short version of my review: Love this place. 5 different game-rooms total, $39.99 per ticket for an hour, and each room I’ve done has been extremely fun + unlimited hints. All the staff have been really pleasant to interact with and they even open very late (I believe the last games are scheduled for 10:30-11pm). I highly recommend this place. Last time I went, I had the pleasure of having Josh as our game guide and he was extremely friendly and a great help throughout “Timeliner.”
Long version: The rooms themselves are always decked out in theme and there’s always two-three parts to each game, it’s not just one room you stay in for the whole hour. The puzzles themselves are not extremely difficult but some of them are hard to catch without a hint, but that’s what unlimited hints are for. They do have difficulty ratings posted for each game, but honestly me and my friend would never be able to finish any of the escape rooms in an hour with no hints, so it didn’t really matter for us lol.
Each game has a different theme and apparently, as told by a staff member once, all the rooms have lore that connect into one big story, which you can look into for fun. They have 5 escape rooms total, and 4 of them you can do solo. The only one that requires more people is “Prison Break” which separates your group into two different rooms; I have not done Prison Break but I’ve done all the rest and I think it was well worth it.
All games listed below had great interactivity, looked amazing as per their theme, and were all fun to do.
“The Depths” was the first game we ever did, and it’s underwater-submarine themed. Unfortunately we did not finish because my friend was adamant about “no hints” until we had 10 mins left and we had just made it to the second room. So for its difficulty, it’s definitely possible to do without hints, but it would’ve taken us at least two hours.
“The Heist” is centered around a museum heist. I’d say this one would be the easiest without hints, but take my word with a grain of salt. The first room is set in a museum and you inspect sculptures, descriptions, paintings, etc., with the second room being an office.
“Gold Rush” is set around the story that one of your now-deceased relatives left behind an inheritance of gold, but you have to find it. First room is set outside the house where you inspect trees and wildlife, second room is inside the house, and there’s actually a third secret room and DO BE AWARE you will have to crawl to get to it. One puzzle inside the house definitely tripped us up for a while, even with hints we were confused, and this room I actually did with 3 other friends.
“Timeliner” was my favorite and the most enjoyable to interact with. The first room is set like a train, second room is set in a futuristic city, and the third room is set in Ancient Egypt. I’d say this one would be one of the most difficult without any hints, and even with constant hints, me and my friend had to speed run the last room because there’s so many different things to do and interact with so BE QUICK! Definitely really...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the escape game in Dedham, Massachusetts, not once, but twice, and I can't recommend it enough! We did “Timeliner” and “The Depths”. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a meticulously crafted environment that immerses you in the game. The attention to detail in the environmental elements is truly impressive—every room feels like its own unique world, filled with intriguing puzzles that challenge your mind while engaging your senses.
One of my favorite aspects of this escape game is the fact that they allow you to take pictures during the game. This is such a delightful departure from most other escape rooms, where photography is often strictly prohibited. Being able to capture our hilarious moments and triumphant victories added an extra layer of fun to the experience, and I now have some fantastic memories to look back on!
Booking was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the staff was. We had to add another person to our group just a few hours before our game, and it was handled seamlessly—no stress at all! Speaking of the staff, our hosts were not only fun and engaging, but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the games. They struck the perfect balance between offering help when we needed it and allowing us to solve puzzles on our own, which made for a rewarding experience.
The cleanliness of the facility is another big plus. Everything was spotless, but I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms—it's a small detail, but it speaks volumes about the overall care and attention this establishment has for its guests.
Now, regarding the price: while $40 per person might seem steep, the level of fun, excitement, and unforgettable memories made during the experience absolutely justifies it. You leave feeling like you've truly accomplished something together as a group, and that's worth every penny.
In conclusion, if you’re looking for an escape game that combines top-notch environments, flexibility in booking, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the ability to document your adventure, look no further than this gem in Dedham. I can't wait to return for a third time and see what new...

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience this time, I’m sorry to say. We were constantly being hinted by our host, Dave. We weren’t asking for hints, and we ended up finishing 16 minutes early. So we didn't feel stuck at any point. The worst example was one hint skipped over the entire end puzzle. We literally finished with 2 locks still locked. To me, I’d rather fail to finish on my own, rather than be hinted and finish early.
Afterward, we approached the woman at the desk, and she just said that that must have been disappointing. Just to say, I tried to give the feedback in person, but it didn’t feel like anything was going to change because of the in-person feedback.
On top of this, the room wasn’t set properly. One of the pieces was missing, and it took a few minutes after we should have found it before Dave realized. This is a small problem. It happens sometimes.
In fairness, this was my second time here. The first room was fun. A more typical escape experience. On that visit, we had a good time.
So I guess this is just feedback to either not hint until asked, or to establish before the game starts how many hints...
