K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Dedham

The store in Dedham always has a few items I want to purchase and wear. Recently, earlier this week, after shopping, my friend and I went to the car to leave and the car would not turn on. He went back into the store to ask for a jump. The manager of a young Black man, with the last name of Stirnemann allowed him to come out to give us a jump. This young man also called his father for assistance. The cable which we used did not give us a jump to start the Volvo. We were there in the parking lot waiting gor my tow coverage until 10:00pm. When the Store manger came out saw us still in the lot , got some cables and jump started the Volvo. This is beyond a doubt, the very best customer service. Thank you in a thousand tongues and...

Anytime I need a suit, this is the place to go. The location is easily accessible and has parking. Whenever you go I would ask for Richie! He is by far the best staff member there. He enthusiastically and humorously came to my attention as I was having a difficulty remembering my suit size. Richie for a few guided me through my whole experience from finding the perfect size and picking colors that suit my desired style and personality.

I wish I can give Richie 5 stars for understanding body language and taking the time meet the customer where they are at. I recommend K&G to anyone looking for suits and who are looking for amazing deals.

My husband and I went to K&G Fashion to find a suit and upon arrival we saw an employee when we walked in who couldn't even bother in greeting us. As we walked in to look for suits we were eventually greeted by a gentleman named Edgar who was finishing helping another customer. He was extremely helpful in helping my husband with finding everything he needed in purchasing in a suit. From the suit, to the shirt, all the way to the shoes. He was extremely helpful and refreshing to encounter seeing how there were others working in the store and not one other employee could be bothered in asking us if we needed help. They all seemed to be either on personal phone calls or too busy talking to each other...
