Mattress Firm Delaware — Hotel in Delaware

I purchased a mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Firm in Delaware. There was nothing I liked about my purchase except the adjustable base. I woke up DAILY with back pain. I returned with my concerns and I didn't really get much help. With that being said, I would never suggest anyone to buy from that store.

Today, I drove by and something told me to stop at MATTRESS FIRM.

I walked into the store and was greated by Jessi with a wonderful and warm smile. I must be totally honest. I have NEVER encountered a sales person in my 70 plus years that was as knowledgeable, personable and friendly as Jessi was to me.

I spend nearly two hours with her. She really was interested in connecting with me and was totally wanting to help me find the correct mattress and adjustable base.

With that being said, I am so excited for the the delivery of the correct mattress and adjustable base that will meet my needs.

I just want to say THANK whoever hired Jessi. She is and will be an asset to Mattress Firm.

I will definitely refer anyone I know that is in need of a new mattress to Mattress Firm in Delaware and they MUST ask for...

I would typically avoid shopping for a mattress like the plague. Hence we were sleeping on the same mattress for the past 20 years; it should have been replaced years ago. So we visited the Delaware store on December 4 and were cheerfully greeting by Jessi. She was taking care of several other customers at the same time. Nonetheless she took great care of us and was very knowledgeable about their mattress choices. We did not feel pressured at all. After making our purchase we had to shop for groceries nearby. Jessi sent me a message that a computer glitch had messed up our order. She was unstoppable in figuring out how to reach us after all our information had been deleted by the computer. This helped ensure that our new bed would be delivered in 2 days, as originally promised. Jessi’s level of customer service was amazing. She was attentive, self assured and engaging. Jessie was a terrific salesperson! We were greet with a smile and a pleasant greeting as she walked to the door! She was not pushy but enlightening as we tried numerous mattresses once she heard our gripes and interest in firmness! She was extremely knowledgeable on the differences in mattresses that she recommended based on our input! I cannot honestly remember having such a joyful salesperson, one whose people-skills and sincere desire to get us set up with what we believed we needed and at a price-range we were willing to accept! Delivery and set up were scheduled and as we were ready to leave she thanked us and walked with us to the door! WOW, never had that before!
