If I could give a gray star I would ,to show negativity, I called the location over 5 times to finally get someone to answer while driving, a girl answered and I asked the hours they were opened because it was not listed on Google. She said our store and drive thru closes at 9pm . I told the girl ok I have 5 mins to get there I was on my way. I was getting my family a late dinner after our busy Saturday of family events. My 3 children were excited to get the $7 meal deals1 burger, fry, drink(sprite) and of course I get them a blizzard not the sundae which is a up charge$2 but worth it and my other 2 the tenders,fry,drink (sprites)and blizzard with the ranch dressing they think is so delish. My husband enjoys the $7 burger meal also with blizzard (the kid in him:) ) My self a Chilli cheese dog with everything and Strawberry shake. We got there at 9pm . No one answered at the speaker so I pulled up to the window. The girls inside looked at me and I said through the window, I had just called and talked to someone that I was on my way, the girl Opened the window and said we closed at 9pm, sorry. I told her I had just called and the girl said they were opened til 9pm. She went on explaining they had to clean up and things to do and the kitchen was closed, as my 3 kids sat in the back seat of my truck so disappointed. I told her it's not right to tell me your opened til 9 and knew I was on my way there to turn me away. Dairy Queen you were out my $50 for the night!! & my children think you are liars!!! Read moreDairy Queen, had to answered the phone when I called I definitely would not be writing this review. I came in there to get a simple ice cream with chopped peanuts. A young Hispanic gentleman accidentally put it in the computer wrong I’m assuming because it came out with chocolate chunks instead. I asked for the correct item a the young lady with no DQ Shirley on(green/blue shirt) had an attitude almost immediately!! I mean acted like a child over some ice cream instead of saying no problem she will fix it. So she was mad at the gentleman who rang it up, then I PAID for extra nuts an asked her if that was extra once she remade the ice cream as I paid extra, but I will pay extra AGAIN if need be as I like peanuts. With complete disgust on her face an stomped back to the peanuts rolled her eyes at me an told the other very nice young blonde with a black shirt on that she “was done an over it an to take me my ice cream”. I literally have been going here for over 20years an our family knows the gentleman who owns the place since I was even a child an I have never experienced such a disrespectful little girl who is acting like she was 12 for NO reason. I mean over ice cream? A small small mistake that was rang up. She most definitely needs more workplace etiquette training on how to conduct herself. Read moreToday was the last day of school. I took my two kids to get blizzards. As I was waiting for my changer to be returned and our order to be filled I noticed a sign that said "last day of school special from 3pm to 7pm BOGO blizzard get one for 99¢" I looked at my clock and it was 3:05pm I asked the girl at the drive thru if we were eligible for that and pointed to my two kids and she told me, "we just put that up, sorry." But I meet all the specifications. She said, "sorry" and closed the window in my face. She could have asked me to come inside to get that taken care of as they couldn't do it in the drive through or at least been polite about it. I did call the restaurant to inquire who was eligible for the promotion but no one answered the phones. So, as is usual at this store, because no one expects kids to give even marginally good service or make good decisions in a customer service capacity, don't expect much but having your blizzard shoved in your face upside down and being ignored for the next person in line. I expect no service nearly every time I visit. Just be prepared to spend what you could buy 5 quarts of ice cream for 4 vanilla...
