Hirshorn Park — Attraction in Denver

Great local park for anyone living in LoHi. There's a basketball court, playground and swing for the kids and a baseball diamond with lots of green space. On the weekends there are often people playing volleyball, spike ball, frisbee and other outdoor recreational activities.

Dog Owners be aware! The Park Rangers frequent this park at least once a week when they think they can nab as many dog owners with their dogs off leash as possible to maximize their fines. This is a great park and I very much enjoy going her but they NEED to make it a dog park and allow...

This is a Charming well-maintained Denver City Park. Although not large, it boasts basketball courts tennis courts and an open field. A lot of people with dogs frequent this park, often without having the dogs on a leash. Despite the dog situation, most people are very respectful and courteous. On my last visit I did not notice any dog droppings. The park is surrounded by Apartments and restaurants, including Little Man Ice Cream! I called at...

Awesome little park in town right next to Little Man Ice Cream. Well fenced from the street to keep your kiddos safe. Trash cans were full in the middle of a weekday. Playground equipment was in good shape.
