I recently visited this restaurant and have mixed feelings about the experience. The food was pretty good—I ordered the kimchi hot pot and a boba drink. The flavors were solid, and although the "mild" spice level was spicier than expected, I still really enjoyed it.
However, the service really needs improvement. When my soup arrived, there were no utensils. I asked for a spoon, and again, it took about 10 minutes because the waitstaff kept passing the request between each other instead of just handling it. When the spoon finally came, the server placed it directly on the table—no napkin, no wrapper, nothing to keep it clean. Personally, I find that unacceptable. Even if a table looks clean, it's not a sanitary surface, and placing the part of the spoon that goes into your mouth directly on it just feels careless.
Later on, I had to ask multiple times to get a glass of water. The same thing happened when I requested a to-go box—staff members kept walking by, but no one followed through, and I felt increasingly uncomfortable and ignored. It honestly made me want to leave.
Another issue: the menu listed the drink as $7, with boba as a $1 add-on, but I was charged $1.50 for the boba. It's a small detail, but it does affect the overall experience.
One bright spot was a server with dark hair—she truly tried to help and showed some care, even though it took asking about five times for things. Without her, the experience would have been much worse.
Overall, the food and the place are decent, but the service really detracted from the meal. I ended up so overwhelmed and uncomfortable that I couldn't finish eating and...

Read morelet's start off my family and I got the sichuan flavor hot soup, it provided a perfect numbness to my tongue with the peppercorns and the flavor of the broth was rich. my son got their black garlic tonkatsu ramen and they make their black garlic oil in house and they were telling me the process of how they make it and it really good. The service was very friendly, our server Alena went to top and bottom of the menu describing what each and everything was and walking my family through everything. I personally got their top seller the Taiwanese supreme number 9 very spicy. I made my soybean with soy garlic dipping sauce with chili oil , it was very addictive. With the appetizers I recommend the spicy chili dumpling. They were big and delicious the chili oil they have has a lot of flavor. I was being a real fatty and order their new item I saw and it was the seafood boil sizzling skillet that tasted like this one Korean dish I had back in Asia. I give this place a 10:10 and will come back to try the other items! Cocktail menu is great! Nice restaurant...
