Throughout one's life, he/she gets few opportunities to express the sheer joy of a restaurant's ability to help you clean yourself out... This, my friends is one of them. Now, before I go on, let me express that the food was great... Not "made with the tears of an Angel" great, but pretty freaking good... However, the chipotle sauce... Lord God, the chipotle sauce... So here's how my story begins...
While walking into the office on a mildly weathered December 23rd, a few of my counterparts and our boss decided to visit this wonderful place. This is one that I had not had the previous pleasure of enjoying. While I enter the establishment, I am greeted by a couple brightly lit colorful menus compelling me to endulge into a "smothered burrito." And the choices of smotherings? Well, one of them was smoky chipotle... That's all I remember...
I won't get into what else was on it, I will, however say that it was glorious and dead cow was involved... So now the fun part... I devour my smothered burrito and continue about my day with my friends... Flash forward about two hours.... As I'm driving back to my original location, I feel the chipotle fairy tickling the bowels of my being. You know the feeling I'm talking about... When that little gurgle starts from the center of your body (nobody can actually pinpoint where) and continues up and out toward your head... I knew this was the beginning of something magical or the beginning of something totally horrific... That latter would prove to be the case...
As I narrowly make it back to the stall, I contemplate life for just a brief moment as all the feelings I have ever felt come rushing to the surface as I sit down. I had made it... Thank the glorious Lord that I made it to somewhere I could be at peace for at least twenty-five minutes, scratch that, make it fifty... My world came to a simple stop for a brief moment as I realized that I was in fact in a public restroom and there were people around me. Those poor souls have no idea what they were in for when they heard this strange man run into the stall chanting "damned chipotle." But unfortunately for them, they found out...
Upon completion, I wiped my brow, say two our fathers, and thanked God that I made it where I needed to be in time. short of that, life is grand... I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get some great Tex-Mex... This will make your world shake in more ways than one! Have a great day and happy...
Read moreI'm only giving this a one star review because I physically cannot give it lower. If I could, I would genuinely give this a negative rating. In all my years of living, I have never complained about employees, especially about customer service employees. Further, I have never written a review for anything and I would never write a review after only visiting the store once and only having one bad experience; the disgust I feel comes from every single time I walk into the store. The employees are wildly disrespectful, and have no regard for any customers whatsoever.
One instance would be when I was with my friend and he asked for a cup to use for fountain drinks and the employee hard-gripped the cup and slammed it in front of my friend. The cup fell over, the employee looked over at it and walked away.
Another time, my friend asked for a water cup, as you do at a food store, and the employee (in a disrespectful tone) said back, "we have none" (which makes no sense because a water cup is just one of their normal fountain drink cups but only to be filled with water).
Finally, a third out of the many horrible experiences I've had here, happened today. There was an older woman in front of me that had ordered two mini tacos and she was very respectfully notifying the employee that he'd forgotten to slide down the order so that it could be paid for. The employee, then, decides to slide the tray far down the platform which caused everything in the tacos to fall right out. He took a look at the mess he made and walked away. The older woman in front of me, rightfully, became angry and left the store without taking the food or paying.
Again, I have never written a review about anything in my life. However, I have had the worst experiences at this store consistently and it disgusts me that the employees think they can treat customers with such complete and utter disrespect. This store has lost my business as well as many of my friends and other customers that I have witnessed storm out of this store due to the disrespect...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst customer experience you can ever have anywhere.
I think instead of coming here, one is better off starving. Don't even bother coming here if this is your only option. The employees are about as disrespectful as possible. Not only do they have no regard for respect for you as a simple human, but none for you as a customer. You will be treated rudely and with disrespect, and as will your food. Employees often toss the things you order around with no care, as well as dropping food into other containers where they don't belong, ending up with things being mixed up. For instance, if you have a bean or gluten allergy, I wouldn't be surprised if you found beans in your rice or rice in your beans, because the employees operate with no care.
The level of disrespect from employees here is astounding. They talk to you as if you are below them, as if they are ordering you around, and as if they want to start an argument, rather than serve you food. If you hate your life that much, just say it. This Qdoba should be visited by nobody. Furthermore, it looks as if they've been removing negative reviews, as someone else I know had a similar experience and left a review, and now it's gone. Trust me, these reviews aren't going anywhere. You can't try and hide the atrocity that is the service at this Qdoba location. I will likely not be returning here, but if I did, the employees should expect the same level of respect from me that was given to me, and nothing more. I've never ever experienced something like the service at this Qdoba, and I hope the employees here seriously learn to start respecting people, though I hope no one visits to find out...
