Subway — Restaurant in Ephrata

I started by ordering a 6in tuna sub and quickly changed my mind to teriyaki after I saw the tuna soup I was about to be served. The bread was undercooked and still doey in the middle so I asked for it to be toasted longer then usual to make sure the bread was not still too soft. While making my sandwich my girlfriends sandwich was in the toaster and it was beeping they opened the toaster door left the sub in there and finished my sandwich all the way before getting hers out which was very crispy due to being in so long. While adding my vegetables i was only given 2 small tomatoes for my 6 inch sub and I asked for mayo which was put on sooo heavy that big clumps were squeezing out of both sides of my sandwich. We were the only customers in line so it's not like it was a rushed time and we eat subway on a weekly basis this the first time we ate at this location and I was actually genuinely disappointed at the service...

Ordered 2 subs online. Picked them up and when we unwrapped them they were incorrect so went back and they said they will remake them. No problem I waited but then I took notice that it didn’t look like the one sub was on the right bread so I said something to the woman and she said oh no it’s right. I take them out to the car unwrap them and sure enough I was correct it wasn’t on the right bread so back in I go to have my sub made for a third time. Wish I could post a pic. I'm here right now... My son got a salad and there's like 7 leaves of spinach and about as big portions in the whole thing for a child sandwich. It literally doesn't even fill a quarter of the salad container. Talking to the employees. They seem to not care about anything and don't understand that this is their job. Makes me not want to eat any subway period.

Now I eat my sub (chicken bacon ranch) and the chicken is chewy. Like...
