I just left from this place and i will do everything i can to avoid ever going back here. they don't deserve the star i was forced to put so i can leave this review. The lady who took my blood had an attitude from the start. rude, unprofessional and obnoxious. It was an older lady today with two younger girls and if you don't like your job i suggest you find a new one!! i went back into the room and not a word was said, she didnt acknowledge me at all, not a hi, hello, nothing. then she puts my paperwork in and rudely asks me "IS THIS YOUR ADDRESS? WHICH ONE IS IT? i tell her which one, nothing else said. i pull my sleeve up knowing they always draw blood from my left arm due to me having a bigger vein, she watches me go through the hassle to do this, then walks to my right arm, makes me do that side, ok fine. she doesnt even check for a vein, she wipes my arm and shoves the needle in my arm and DIDN'T get any blood...hmm if i can take a random guess? because she didn't catch a vein!! then she proceeds to turn the needle while its STILL IN MY ARM!! which im sure she isn't suppose to do!! she sees me upset, still nothing from her. my blood draws super slow at this point, obviously because she didn't catch the vein correctly. she finally finishes, nothing else said i just walk out. i will NEVER go here, if i can avoid this place i most definitely will. juanita is the best thing to happen there and she...
Read moreI am surprised that on a Saturday, with no open appointments available, knowing full well that there will be walk in clients that you would only have one person on staff. If I had the advanced notice to schedule an appt I would have, but none were available for several days. It is horribly frustrating when I had to sit and watch all of these people coming through the door, getting in and out because they had appts and me having to wait an hour. Most of my tests are done as fasting. I get hangry waiting and to see your name next on the stand by list and still waiting 15-20 mins is ridiculous. Somewhere in your computer system you must know all appt are full and that you had one person on staff. If I had the convenience of time I would have walked out. But I am stuck having to do my blood work at quest at YOUR convenience. Not a good system. Plus to top it all off your technician was very curt to everyone. This is not a one off experience, it happens here 9 times out of 10. Not a...
Read moreI really had one of the best experiences today. I had an appoiment today Saturday at Quest Diagnostic in Myrestown but it was canceled at the last minute. I was very upset and I still went to the place because it appeared on the Internet that it was open. There were 2 other people waiting a long time and they did not know that all the appoiment were canceled that day. I decided to go to another to see if I was lucky and they would take care of me. The other Quest diagnostic was 30 minutes from home. But since I urgently needed to do those tests, I drove there. When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly lady. Luckily there was no one. I was a little nervous. but her attitude and her willingness to work gave me confidence. in less than 5 minutes we finished. Really, if it hadn't been for the great attention of this kind lady, I would have written a bad comment to...
