I love going into Tobacco King in Ephrata because I always find what I need, plus more ! The store is well organized and easy to navigate . The friendly and knowledgeable staff greets customers on entry and are very helpful with product location and suggestions. If you have a general idea of what you’d like or just want to try something new, they’re great at recommending a product that will work for you. The manager Pablo is very honest about the quality of products available in-store and if there is an issue with any purchase, he is eager to find and apply a solution!! I’d like to add that this location offers FiveStar discounts and other coupons which provide FREE and low-cost products when you earn points towards such loyalty discounts with every purchase. Tobacco King has more than just vapes, quality glass pieces, unique smoke accessories and tobacco. I enjoy going in there for the odor/smoke eliminating sprays , candles and incense which are always fully stocked!! They also have some pretty dope art available. There’s a lot more to see so you have to check it out for yourself. Conveniently located in Cloister Shopping Center and easily found right outside the heart...

I'm a bit picky with what I like to vape. I have a specific brand that I like, which they do carry, but they never have it in stock. Towards the end of March, the guy I spoke to at the store said they would get a shipment in 2 weeks. I wasn't sure he completely understood me because there seems to be language barrier, but he assured me. 2 weeks later, no shipment, 3 weeks...4 weeks... 8 weeks and they don't have it. If you're not going to restock it, thats fine, just be honest. My old shop an hour away never has a problem stocking it and will even call to let me know when it comes in. I was hoping to save myself the drive, but it looks like that's what I'm going to have to do from now on. I can't shop here anymore after 6 attempts with them. I wish them the best, but your customer service needs some serious work. 2 stars because the staff is friendly, and gave me a discount whenever I did buy anything. There just seems to be a communication problem with your staff and a lack of knowledge...

Worst experience out of any smoke shop I've ever been to went in to grab a foger pod told the guy I'm looking for a foger pod and he rings up a foger kit which comes with the battery and pod I didn't realize he rang it up to 36 something I was like that's expensive for a pod but I know some places the prices are really high compared to other places I have never been to this shop so I don't know their typical prices well I notice it's a kit and I tell the guy I'm like this is a kit I needed just the pod and he made some shitty excuse that he can't refund anything paid card which doesn't even make sense considering you sold me the wrong product to begin with and it violates consumer laws to deny a refund considering you sold me the wrong product now I have to dispute this with my credit card company to try to get...
