Bought a Turbo vape brand new out the box. Tried it in store and it worked. I took it with me to work and stopped working. I went ahead and charged it for hours and tried it again... nothing. Either their vapes are fake, defective or all of the above which is probably they are cash only, no refunds, exchanges. I called and have the box, lanyard and receipt but they hung up the phone. I'll stop going there and continue shopping at VapeX and Mr. Tobacco. They stand behind their products and offer exchanges plus deals. Sometimes you go in and stand around to be waited on until the employees are done chatting it up with their buddies. This used to be a great place to go to, but here lately itâs...
