Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Fairview Heights

On Sat even, July 20, my family went to Baskin Robbins on N Illinois Fairview Hts, IL after checking closing time ..11:00 PM. We arrived at 9:10 and the door was locked. The chairs were already on top of tables and it appeared the donut cabinets were empty. There was a sign on door saying. lobby was closed and to use drive thru. We did! I asked about flavors and was then told they were closed. I mentioned 11 o clock closing time posted on line. The person said ;Yes, but they were shorthanded and wanted to get store cleaned so they could leave on time. REALLY! I asked if I could speak to manager and was told the manager had approved closing. This seems like very poor business management to me. As much as we like Baskin Robbins ice cream, we will not be going back to this location. I have never heard of a store closing one hr 45 mins early to clean....certainly not customer friendly! If there was such a choice, I would have given ZERO STARS. Maggie of...

Stopped in this location on St. Patrick's day to try (and potentially purchase) the mint shake. This store is in the same building as Dunkin' Donuts. When we entered, one family was finishing up their ice cream transaction and no one (customers) was at the Dunkin' counter. Ice cream lady finished helping that family and then walked off and disappeared in the back. We were left standing at the ice cream counter waiting when two other customers came in for Dunkin'. It took three employees to help the two at the donut counter while we were ignored for their whole transaction. Finally a different Baskin Robbins employee came to help us. I told her we'd like to try the mint shake they were promoting today. She made our shake samples so soupy it was like mint milk with cookie particles in it. After that poor experience, we turned around and walked out. I can make mint milk at home...

Seriously when ppl make complaints does anyone in charge even look at these. So I go to get a Sundae and I am told that they are completely out of toppings which I know is not the workers fault but then they were out of almost all ice cream flavor so I asked her what it is that they do have and why why was a lot of the other flavors gone and when I pulled up to the window I told her I did not mean to be rude. I just wanted to know why there were no flavors and like it was my fault she said here’s your ice cream you can leave now.
