I agree with the other renter. John and Nancy were not respectful or accommodating. To start things off; they were bizarre about providing a copy of the lease for me to review before hand. They required $700 down before they would let my family see what we were signing up for. Very bizarre. On top of that; the house was a mess. Ants were everywhere. Floors were not clean. We were not allowed to put the AC below 74 degrees. And they did nothing to resolve these issues. I can't imagine that they will be in business much longer because of how they treat their customers, care for their rental properties and also because sites like vrbo exist.
