Southern Exposure — Local services in Fenwick Island

My first, last, and only time to ever shop there. Went in to look at jewelry to go with an outfit I didn't have with me. I was looking at a watch and couldn't quite decide if I wanted it. The two ladies working there were trying to help and give their input. I told them I wasn't quite sure it would go with my outfit. Instead of telling me there was a no return policy on jewelry, and to make sure I like it, they let me purchase it. When I tried to return it today, they said it says on the receipt non returnable. That is such poor Customer Service and a poor policy to actually let someone purchase a piece of jewelry when they could see I wasn't even sure of it, when they knew I would be stuck with it. How could they not tell a customer, the item I wasn't sure about, would not be able to be returned?...

A must visit clothing store when in OC or Fenwick Island. No taxes because it’s in Delaware and is a short drive from OC MD. Large selection of plus size clothes.
