I hope I'm not dealing with a company that makes so much money that one 62 old woman on social security in a wheelchair is not a real priority.
Terrible experience. My mattress wasn't delivered with the adjustable mattress base. They needed a week to schedule the delivery of the rest of our order. My old mattress was nolonger available for us to sleep on. They loan us a terrible memory foam type mattress that turns into a pancake once it sat on it. My back is a reck.
I'm having a hard time resting due to their failure delivery my complete $2k+ bed system.
On Monday, I called customer service and was told that the district manager would call me within 24 hrs. After 4 days without contact I called the sales store to request a number for the district manager. I was refused that info based on company procedures. I asked to have my request elevated to the district manager and have them call me. No call, as of the time of this review.
The company wants 10% restocking fee for returned mattress. What should a customer get when the company neglects to satisfy their responsible to deliver your purchase and top people won't call a customer to address...
Read morePurchased a mattress and frame on March 29, 2021. Initial delivery was scheduled for April 10. On April 8 we received a confirmation text reconfirming our delivery. On April 9, we received a call saying the products did not come in, and we would have to wait until April 24 for delivery. The caller said the mattress had not even been made yet. We spoke with our salesperson Yone asking for an email confirmation so we could compare the mattress production date when it arrived on April 24, but she wouldn't comply. On April 20, we received a call again pushing our projected mattress delivery date back to May 3. This time they said that the delay was because raw materials were being diverted to make PPE as a result of COVID-19. I called the Sealy customer support line and spoke with Crystal who said the backorder was from the Texas freeze. We will wait and see what happens on May 3rd. Yes we have called as they requested to "make it right" only to be told more stories of why our product is delayed. ...
Read moreI recently purchased a mattress and an adjustable base from this location. Mark was my sleep expert and did a great job showing me various options. Unfortunately, after a few weeks I realized the mattress I chose was not a good fit for me and my adjustable base needed to be lowered. I reached back out to Mark and explained the situation. He listened to my concerns and offered to do a mattress exchange. I live out of state so he informed me of his work schedule so that the next time I was in town he would be more than happy to assist me with finding a more suitable mattress. When I made it back to the store Mark went above and beyond to make sure I found the right mattress. He was very patient and helpful.
