This is always a favorite for big groups especially for kids. We have had a birthday party here, school field trips, and family get together. The staff is always helpful and nice. It's clean and always have hot food. Sometimes the salad bar is not put out but that is only if there is a shortage on those select items and I have only seen that happen twice. They will fix a pizza that is dairy free if your allergic. It has all the fixings just no cheese. They have great drink choices and the TV is on kid shows. The dessert is absolutely amazing and the bread sticks. The only reason I gave it a 3 for atmosphere is because they usually have music playing that is not always family friendly. It is also always playing extremely loud and when the area is full it has a lot of noise. It also is very cold in the place. I have found this out when it is dinner time and not many people are in the dinning area. I worked in marketing and some companies will put it colder in their dinning area if they want people to eat and leave quickly. This makes them not stay and eat as much as they would if it was warmer. This may not be the case but it seems to be odd that it is that cold. I am hot natured and my nose was cold and our family couldn't hardly enjoy ourselves because of the coldness. That's a stupid thing to complain about so but it has happened a few time. Overall though it is a great place and there pizza is honestly not that bad and worth...
Read moreCame in for lunch, crowd was at about mid-capacity. The food was decent, there's more to that. I had problems with pretty much everything else. I'll go in order. -Get told the soda machine was down and the options were water and tea, not a huge issue except I still got charged full drink price for the tiny 6oz cup they gave us. -Finding a table wasn't hard, there were 10 or 11. 8 of them had food, trash, and/or plates on them. Either a lot of or a little. -As said earlier, the food was alright, however actually getting food was a problem. The buffet was at about 40% capacity. Again, it wasn't very busy. Maintaining a stocked buffet shouldn't have been an issue. -At a point while eating, the table adjacent to us had been unoccupied for a while. Dishes stacked up on the edge of the table. We had been there about ten minutes when the bus boy comes and looks at it, looks to us and asks me if the people there had left. I told him I hadn't seen anyone there. He took the plates, left a bunch of paper trash and didn't wipe the table and never came back while we were there. It's not a terribly huge restaurant and bus boy walked past this table at least three times.
This restaurant could use a managerial overhaul and a basic class on awareness and...
Read moreThis place is the WORST PLACE TO EAT. I used to love this place the food is cheap yummy and fresh butttt this was the only good thing. 1. Tables were nasty still. 2.Workers didn't cook your orders when asked for them. 3.Wings were not cooked unless you actually stood waiting if you sat down they disappeared for some weird reason even though no one in the restaurant had them. 4.Pizza was not done. 5.Flour poured from bottom of pizza. 6.Workers NEVER PUT OUT STUFFED CRUST FALSE ADVERTISING. 7.Asked too many times for dessert took an hour to put it out. 8.Workers play more than work. 9.Runs out of plates. 10.Runs out of ice. 11.Rude to customers (just seen this one, they were kind to me even though they never did right). 12.Kids go to buffet and take ALL DESSERTS when desserts finally come out. (Not workers fault but should put up a sign like other buffet to say under 12 need assistance). 13.Needs birthday room parties take up space of regular customers. ALL IN ALL I guess you get what you pay for ($5.99) I rather spend a little more at a menu restaurant than this place. Hate to say that cause I used to love...
