I normally come in around 4pm which is the perfect time to watch the manager's egregious exhibit of unprofessionalism. If she isn't yelling and crying at her employees in front of customers, she's demeaning, rude, and disrespectful to her employees. The store is amazing but it's obviously despite the manager Liz and not because of her. My husband & I are frequent shoppers here. From our first visit a year or so back Liz & Randall made us feel like family. They never pushed sales on us. They never made us feel embarrassed for not knowing about how a product worked or what it was. I was even encouraged to try the plus size lingerie because I rarely can find my size.
