The Bedroom Store — Hotel in Florissant

My husband and I received valuable information & excellent service from Jason and Duane at the Florissant location. Keith was also helpful at the Bridgeton location. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our mattress and it had to be replaced two times within days of delivery. Each issue was handled immediately and without any drama or excuse making. I felt there pricing was reasonable and our purchase came with free delivery, hual-a-way, and metal frame.

It would have been nice if we didn’t experience any issues with the product but I am grateful we did business with Jason and the Bedroom store because I can’t imagine if we ran into these same issues with a company that lacked integrity. Wonderful place, I got the WOW experience here. I really took up a lot of their time, Jay, if you are reading this i am sorry. They didn't seem to mind, and even when he had to excuse himself to help someone else, he gave me homework to keep me busy. Your delivery crew was awesome. If I had one complaint, i would say i could have done with a little more friendliness from the gentleman who i talked to when i called to change my delivery date. I went in to shop for a mattress for my son. The place was empty, I mean no customers in the store. The salesman was very nice, knowledgeable, understanding about what exactly we were looking for. He was knowledgeable about the different brands and pricing and he listen to our needs.The store was clean. Trying out the different mattress was fun as well...We tried just about all of them and he was very patient and nice. Excellent work....I will be back to that store to purchase my new...
