I've shopped at this location for years until a couple of months ago! After unloading my FULL cart of groceries, I spoke to the checker...a young lady, she did not speak back, but that was ok. The first staff was friendly and professional.. But as she proceeded to check me out, I noticed how she was Litterally DROPPING my groceries into the cart! With no consideration of my softer items or organization, she dropped everything in the cart rather than place the items. When she dropped a huge canned good item onto my bread and fruit, I asked her nicely if she would not do that and handle the items accordingly. She did not respond and continued to drop my groceries. After I stepped out of line to bag my groceries and noticed a damaged item, I approached whom I assumed was a manager on duty....I informed him of my damaged item, he took the item threw it in a nearby cart and walked away! He didn't even speak or apologize! I called the corp office in Earth City the next morning and filed a complaint and nothing was done. No phone call or an email! The young lady that took the report told me someone will be in contact with me , and after 2 months, no one has called me yet! But that's OK, I spends my $250 a month at...

I needed to drop off an Amazon package during my route to the locker inside. I pulled up to see what time they opened which was 8am. There was a short female with an orange jacket in the window chilling. I come back around at its 8am and the store is not open. It’s 0801 and it’s not open. Normally my visits are free of complaints. Today the manager decided it would be a great idea to hinder the aisles leading to the cashiers. A shopping cart to discard the empty cartons was blocking the aisle closest to the cahier was blocking my entry into the line. I moved it and he moved it back. The next aisle was obstructed by whatever he was pulling the stock from.
