I bought a very expensive fireplace from this location, we have bought a few things here as well and have had good experiences until this last purchase. The fire place was 1400.00 after taxes, we were charged a 85.00 delivery fee and they told us that is was also because the fireplace had to be assembled. When they got to the house all they did was place two screws in the glass and it was done. I think this is horrible and very deceiving to charge someone that much for this service and we live less than 10 min for the location. I am very unhappy with this. The main reason I gave them 3 stars is because they have great customer service...very griendly.....but when I returned ho e with the table of course I had to put it together which is not a problem but there are screws that are too short and there are washers that are missing.....a few months ago I purchased a dining room table today the back piece to all chairs were falling off so I had to get some super glue and it looks like its gonna work....keep in mind this is brand new...

No pressure sales! Terry greeted my husband and I and pointed to the area of where we could find what we were looking for. We had been to tons of places and I have to say they had a great selection at a great price! Found a livingroom set of 3 with next day delivery for about $1800.00. The delivery men were all smiles and took great care in transferring the pieces from outside in and setting it up. I am very pleased with the quality and service that was provided.
