I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Happy Hour Bar & Grill. My order was placed at 6:50 PM, and I waited over an hour for food that never came. During that time, I watched multiple customers grow frustrated as the kitchen fell further and further behind. The entire operation felt chaotic, unorganized, and without any sense of urgency or accountability.

The lack of structure and leadership in this establishment is glaring. The kitchen’s attention to detail is nonexistent, and the overall operations are completely failing both the customers and the staff. What should have been a quick, simple to-go order turned into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal that ruined my evening.

The only saving grace was my server, who was patient, professional, and genuinely apologetic. You could see her trying to hold everything together while the kitchen continued to crumble under pressure. Her kindness did not go unnoticed. She did everything in her power to make it right, including trying to process a refund for me. But to make matters even worse, there was no manager on-site to handle it. That’s not just unprofessional it’s unacceptable.

To have a full restaurant open for business with no management present and a kitchen unable to deliver food for over an hour speaks volumes about how poorly this place is being run.

I am very displeased with this place over a piece of fish. In which I paid for and did not receive. Last Friday Dec 1, 2017 I called and order 2 pieces of fish with 2 salad with an extra piece of fish for my family. After waiting over an hour and getting home. We discovered we only had 2 pieces of fish. I called and spoke to the young lady that took my order. She said she would have them to drop another piece of fish, really. I told her I eould not be coming back today. I thought maybe she wrote my name down like normal places would do. I tried to order my food today December 6, I was told that no kitchen manager was in. Went on a Friday afternoon for drinks & some food

We ordered the nachos with ground beef, cheese fries, margarita wings, hot wings, steak (side of Mac and broccoli), and a shrimp poboy

Pros: -plenty of parking -staff took care of us -there’s a pool table and a dart board to play games. I also appreciate the jams they were playing! It wasn’t overly loud so we could all talk and catch up

Cons: -they were low on staff they had one person running the front so the food took a long time. I think having someone on call for the afternoon would definitely help as she was taking to go orders over the phone, processing them, serving drinks, and waitressing. -the chicken wings are a lot smaller than what you’d normally get at a restaurant
