They had horrible customer service. The person at the counter must have been new but horribly orientated. Food was nasty and still had to go back in twice for my extra condiments I paid for. Oh and I called my order in and it took over a hour to get it. The manager was at the front but rude also. Which caused the other person in front yo be irritated and rude. I came back in after she assured me the condiments I asked her not to forget weren't in my bag. She forgot them then asked me to step up and then slung my condiments on the counter by another person. Causing that person to have to step back due to COVID. I only still purchased trying to be nice and I didn't want to have to wait 30 minutes longer for a refund. As I saw another women do. I haven't ate at Pizza Hut in over three years and something told me to go to your location by my home but I didn't. Read moreI ordered pizza tonight, immediately after placing the order online the store called and said they would not be able to fulfill the order because they ran out of dough. How is that possible? Not only is that an inconvenience they could not refund me the payment or send my order to a different location, so my family is left hungry tonight. After speaking with customer service and being hung up on twice I was told I could be helped. You guys completely dropped the ball tonight.
Update: Pizza Hut sent me coupons as an apology for not having pizza dough, but guess what....for some odd reason when i took them here to be redeem the code didn't work. What are the odds of a coupons being sent from corporate not working in the pizza hut they were sent for? This is lackluster service at best.
