Miami Grill — Restaurant in Florissant

Extremely rude and lying employee working the window. I called ahead to place my order and when someone finally picked up, he hung up on me after I asked a question. I called back and noone answered, so like a fool I drove up there. I pulled up to the window to order and the guy told me to come inside. I didn't want to come inside, that's why I was in the drive through.. So he told me to call my order in, and I called from right where I was and somebody picked up the phone. I heard it ring, and I heard the man I placed my order with answer it. I pulled into the parking lot to wait the 15 minutes, then drove back around to the drive thru window. He asked me what I ordered and I could tell by his questions that my food was never made...but he told me it was. He walked away and came back to collect payment then told me 10 more minutes. THEN had the nerve to tell me that they didn't have my order because I must've called a different location!! WHAT? That was the final straw. As hungry as I was, I had to tell him that I wasn't about to play with them and drove clean off. I won't be back. You don't treat...

The only reason I'm not giving a 5 ✨️ is because the tiny little naked wings had a tiny piece of chicken on the bone and more skin than meat but the seasoning is always on point but a bit heavy so I requests light seasoning. The fries were a bit soggy and stuck together. The grilled chicken salad was good but the tomatoes aren't fresh all the time. The guys are very polite and the service is good. They messed up my order in the past but told me to come back to replace it but it was late and I'd already made it home thru a storm. The only attitude one worker gave is last yr in October when I picked up my party order, I complained about the toilet paper. It was sitting there off the roll dirty with water stains. When I threw the entire huge roll in the trash and had to drip dry. I told who seemed like the boss that I threw the dirty roll away. He went in the women's room looked at it and me with an attitude shaking his head. I don't know what he told another guy in their language. The entire rolled was filty, dry, & hard. It reminded me of when paper or cloth get wet then dries leaving mold & brown...

Uc.. uc my reviews??! I'm a local doordash driver here in St Louis Florissant Hazelwood and surrounding cities I like to express how I love certain restaurants and how some restaurants are just not up to par. Love in Miami grill all the guys in there are awesome keeping everything clean. For the most part orders are always right I've never had a complaint out of my customers that I take food to. Today "NASA" was my friendly servicer at the restaurant today picking up my doordash order he was very nice followed all procedures and getting together the order and verifying who was picking it up thank you sir very polite. Only one thing that I would suggest. For the restaurant doing caterings I would suggest using a heavier tin foil every catering order I've picked up the foil has ripped through leaving the food exposed.
