It's 0 star from me...So I came here to grab a simple 6" steak & I like my sandwich toasted, really toasted! They're supposed to be the sandwich pro & make it how we ask, right? Why did I get all attitude cuz of how I wanted my food! I told him toast my veggies 2x 1st then my meat & cheese all while he's complaining on how I want my food tht I'm paying for...if I want my bread burnt, give me what I'm asking for...he got upset & threw the sandwich, the other guy came to assist at this point I don't want to do business it's not Kosher anymore...what I don't like is when foreigners who's offering a service feel as if they can treat Americans (color don't matter) kind of way (I could've been a rude SOB), I know God...
Read moreMale staff member hid in the back when he saw me walk in. Female worker took a few minutes to notice and help. I ordered a subway club pro. She did NOT put double meat except for the beef. When I pointed it out she got an attitude and the male staff member finally made an appearance just to have a bad attitude and say “Ok bye!” I go to Subways all over STL all the time and know what double meat looks like. Every other subway knows how to make a sandwich and I’ve never dealt with attitude from any other Subway either.

Read moreVery impressed. I work just up the road and I ordered online and went straight there. I didn't expect it to be done when I went in, but sure enough, it was! There's a guy who works there who I think has been there for a while and he's really nice and apparently very fast and accurate. I worked at Subway in the past and have had plenty of crappy service in various Subways, so I can appreciate it when there's actually employees that care about their jobs...
