Soli Wireless — Local services in Florissant

I’m giving 2 stars based on several experiences. First, my son purchased an iPhone 7+ from Soli Mart for $200 that was originally a Sprint phone, he was told the phone could not be activated in the store and to take it to Sprint. He took the phone to Sprint and they told him it could not be activated due to a bad IMEI #.

My daughter took her iPhone 6 to get the screen & home button replaced. After the repair, the home button still wouldn’t work. She broke the screen a 2nd time & returned to Soli Mart for another screen replacement & to have the home button looked at again. After looking at the phone, the owner asked her who replaced the home button, she said “you guys did”. When we picked up the phone, the screen was replaced but the home button still wouldn’t work. We were told it couldn’t be fixed because of the way the wires were damaged. That should have been told to us the first time. However, we were happy with the screen repair both times.

My daughter went back to Soli Mart a 3rd time to purchase an iPhone 7+, she choose a red phone that was priced at $350. The front of of the phone was white. So it’s unclear whether or not the original phone was white or red, but it was clearly replaced. For a mismatched phone, you would think they would negotiate the price but they didn’t.

Soli Mart advertisers that the have discount cigarettes. I purchased a carton of Newport shorts & was charged $65. I pay around $56 at many other stores, this is not a discount whatsoever. I also took my fiancés iPhone in to have the back glass replaced. We were happy with the repair but there was a lot of glue around both bottom corners. So, overall all, we won’t be doing anymore...

GREAT GREAT GREAT FREAKING AMAZING THE SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. I first came here about 3 years ago to buy my first phone and before people comment that’s a bad idea like my family tried to say I took a leap of faith and I came and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made my life. They are amazing people very nice and helpful and I will forever come here, I even told my bf about them who was worried but now he comes here as well. If I need a phone fix or change, or just goodies this is a great place to come. Thank you both very much!

my phone has been going strong for 3 years, not all can...

I came here to pickup my package from WISH on line 🛍 shopping. Wish told me this place is a pickup for some of there products. I noticed they have a sign inside and outside stating ( They repair Android cellphones and IPhone cellphones ) Well guess what they couldn't fix my 18month old LG Pro cellphone. I came back 🏡 home and messed around with it myself and Guess What ( I Fixed my own cellphone free of charge , Thank You JESUS for helping me) . The little man 👨 inside Soli Wireless need to go to class's and learn how to work on cellphones before they advertise...
