Do not patronize this place! They do NOT appreciate your business and have horrible customer service. I just called in the report that the crisper drawer that I waited on for over a month (even though the gentleman who took the order stated 3 days) was the wrong drawer. Upon purchase of the drawer my husband and I specifically stated it was the top crisper drawer that was needed and even provided the model number. After waiting for a month we were called to pick the item up only to get home to discover that we were sent the bottom drawer instead. We immediately called Keeven to advise of their error and I asked what could be done to get us the correct drawer with expedited shipping since we had already waited so long. There was no apology from the lady who took the call, instead she placed Barb in the phone who rudely stated “This is Barb, do you want us to reorder the drawer or not!” At this point is was so displeased with the lack or customer service that I just responded “yes, we’ll just take the refund”. I’ve done so much business over that past 10 years with this company as I have managed a number of apartment communities in the north & west county area. I will no longer patronize them and will do everything in my power to ensure that anyone that I associate with will not use them as well. They do not not appreciate your business at all. Maybe had I identified the companies that I work for this would have been different However, that should not dictate how they deal with their customers.    Read moreService appointment was scheduled late last week for dishwasher repair. They called me the following Monday and said they would be here today (Friday). I called at noon and was told thr service person would be here between 12pm and 3:30pm. I called again at 3:45pm when the service person didn't show. I was told in a rude and very defensive manner that they tried calling although my smart phone showed no incoming call. I asked to be rescheduled for first thing Saturday as I had to leave after waiting all day to take care of personal matters. I was told in a very rude and disrespectful manner that they couldn't do that. I canceled the appointment and again was met with a rude and unprofessional rsponse. Based upon other reviews in this forum I see a negative pattern with this company. They will be reported to the BBB. If you do business with Keeven Appliance, BUYER BEWARE. Tech at first told us he didn’t think they made parts for our model any longer and it would cost $5000 to buy a new one. He said he’d let us know if he could get parts. He called back a couple days later and said he could order the board to fix the oven. My husband told him to move forward and get a price. The tech did not follow up with us or call. We called back when we returned from vacation (3 weeks after service call). Receptionist said she would have the tech call. No call back. Called again today (another week gone by) and the receptionist took the info and said she’d pass it on. I asked that she have someone call and let us know if the parts been ordered or not either way since it’s been over a month since or service call. She rudely informed me “Our tech is hard to reach” and hung up on me before I could respond. We will be canceling any future service and will never use Keeven again.
