Read moreDear upper management management staff,
To whom it may concern, my name is Executive Chef Sammy Fox and I am a business owner in town that has been displaced because of the waiting period for an apartment. I opened a restaurant around the corner from the hotel and it was extremely convenient for me as far as location.
I have stayed at The Woodspring Suites For three consecutive weeks.
During that time six of the days I didn’t have what I needed.
The issues include: No shower for three days in the first week. No linens for three days for the first week. No towels for three days for the first week.
I escalated the situation to Stephanie upon which I was comped two days. But had to pay for three without what I needed. Not fair. But I took it just to not make waves and show some respect.
My room is so filled with roaches. I have a video of them crawling in and out of the bed with me as I slept which is extremely traumatizing and it cost me to get more counseling sessions due to a childhood trauma involving roaches. I have receipts to prove this.
These are called damages and is what is required for a lawsuit. I do not want to sue this company but I feel like I am being taking advantage of and being treated in a substandard manner regarding the room I’m receiving.
The staff overall has been very kind and caring since the firing of Trey the former GM (who was horrible).
Will is the absolute best and I enjoy the energy he brings to this establishment he’s very smart and by far the best customer service I have seen. I have met Stephanie and she really knows what she’s doing and should advance far in this company. Nick is in the wrong position Nick should be upper management he is very smart and actually loves his job.
I have met Jared and he has been very professional, however he made me compelled to feel like requesting a refund or a comp for a room was on me (my fault). If Jared is tired of giving comps or hearing that we want one, then maybe he should take care of all of the issues in the rooms. If it frustrates him that we merely ask, then imagine how we feel actually going through it!! He gets to go home every day and not worry about us. We live here!
When I spoke to him on the phone regarding a balance of $106. Upon which I paid immediately before the phone call was over. He became extremely frustrated with me telling them all the things that are wrong in my room. There was no elevator voice or frustration it was a simple conversation.
The second week went fairly smooth besides the constant battle and roaches. I mean the roach problem is absolutely unacceptable for any public establishment not even the jail house has as many roaches as this hotel.
Here I am in my third week and once again for three days I have not had any lights in my room. I have not had a working shower. And the roaches infiltrated my food and ruined it. I would like a refund for my stay this is...
