Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Forest Hill

I went to this location the other day and I was so disappointed. First they now want you to do everything yourself like when you want to order a special pizza for you, you now have to fill out a little piece of paper and hand it to them so they’ll know what you want and then they’ll give you a thing that’s supposed to tell you when your pizza is ready so you can get up and get it yourself. They now take longer and sometimes forget to make that thing beep or vibrate or whatever. It wasn’t like that before. I’m not lazy, I can do everything for myself but they got me used to something else and when they start changing things some people don’t like it. You also have to pick up your plates and drinks after you’re done, they used to have a person do that for you and that’s ok too I don’t mind. But even if that bothered me a little, everything is ok except that the place needs to seriously be cleaned. Everything was dirty, the floor, the windows.. the restroom was gross. It looks like they never clean the place. I’m really thinking about wether I should return or not because of how gross everything looks. I wonder how it looks back there where they make the pizza and all. My daughter had to use the restroom and I had to wrap the toilet seat really good with toilet paper. It’s the nearest one for me so I go there to pickup. From my experience, I must say I like the pizza’s taste but here are the reasons why I rated 2 out of 5:

Information provided to employees must be same if you work at same store. I went to the store and a worker who picks up the phone said that he can walk and deliver pizza if it’s just few feet away but another girl who picked up on evening said that they don’t deliver pizza at all even if the place is one room away and we must do uber eats.

I phoned the Cicis pizza three times in a row to make an order but nobody picked up. You could lose a lot of customers if it keeps happening. I get that humans might make mistake but 3 times in a row is hard to elaborate.

Sometimes the size of pizza according to the order doesn’t match. There is difference in size even when you make the order of same size. It happened in the evening shift.

Update: today. What the hell is going on?? Today I ordered the same pizza everyday and they made totally different pizza. I ordered extra red sauce, but there was none of it and the flavor is worse today. What happened with the new remote thing that I ordered? I think I will quit the cicis pizza really soon if it keeps happening.

We arrived @ this place about 8pm greeted by the cashier thats about the only good thing that happen! First thing I noticed place was dirty floors tables and hand prints all over the doors! Nobody else said hi to us! Then low on food chicken soup no chicken pieces hubby found a hair! I ordered a special pizza ask if I can have my onions extra cooked they said they cant do that but never said why. Then I had a salad well tried to reach it was too far back asked for crackers they didnt have any! Then the trash was full with some.... I guess sani buckets out in the open.
