Worst experience of any location that I have ever visited. I used my app to order my food and check in. Once I checked in and my order was billed to my credit card, the staff inside said they never received my order. I went inside finally to ask to speak to the manager (Luisa) who was the absolute unhelpful condescending and and the most unprofessional manager I've ever met any Sonic establishment. she refused to look at my order on my phone, she refused to see the charge on my credit card receipt, and refused to assist or offer any options at all. she said that she has nothing to do with the app cannot help me and that if I didn't like it I could call the corporate office. I asked her to please look on her computer to see the order must be pending. She immediately went to the computer and saw my name with a pending order. Even though she saw my pending order she refused to fill it and stated there was nothing she could do because it was my responsibility to transfer the order to stall 19, which I had already done due to its showing my picture and stating welcome back with my name on the screen. after a few minutes I no longer saw that my order was being prepared in the kitchen and pushed the button to confirm, that they indeed we're making my order inside. I was told by a gentleman on the intercom that they did not have an order. I went inside and had the worst experience ever with your manager Luisa who refused to assist in any way whatsoever and told me to leave and deal with the corporate office. I went back to my vehicle and immediately a young gentleman named Damaraya came out to my vehicle and asked me if he could please assist and help me. I was shocked since he was not the manager and was so kind and helpful and felt badly for what had happened I assume. I told him I really didn't feel comfortable having them remake my food as I was untrusting of eating there at this point. A manager who can act like that is a manager that who would do crazy stuff to my food. This gentleman allowed me to come inside and watch them remake my food which meant the world to me. I brought my spouse in with me on the second return to the office. She communicated much better with my spouse, who is African-American and who she had previously refused to deal with me and I'm really not sure why. She was willing to help my spouse but not myself. I advised her that she was the worst manager that her staff was more respectful and assisting than her and why did she not just lock up and go home and allow someone else to manage the store. It really is sad when one of the employees has more respect, professionalism and provides options to satisfy customer who you've already taken their money. It was Luisa's advis to just tell me to leave and deal with it through corporate office even after they charged my card I would be leaving with no food. she could care less about that place and when I asked her why she was even working there and being a manager she said I've worked here for four years. I said God bless you because I can't imagine that you've lasted that long when your coworkers are better trained to facilitate problems that arise daily during normal business. I cannot say enough good things about the gentleman who remade my food and allowed me to leave the restaurant with my food and understood my situation. I would like to also add that when I was having my argument with the Mgr Louisa, one of the cooks actually came up behind her and did a thumbs up, which showed me there's some real serious issues at that location with this individuals mgmt style. Is it really that hard to find people to manage others with respect and dignity and look into a situation and see what options they can make for a customer who has clearly paid for their food? Shame on her and shame on Sonic for hiring such a horrendous and non caring individual and putting them in a mgmt position. As an Atty, I'm going to allow you to do the right thing. Read moreIf I could give this location -5 stars I would. I waited almost an hour to have my order taken. I got out of my car to see what the hold was (because they weren’t that busy) and to my surprise the employees were in the store playing. When I addressed the situation to ask what was taking so long I was told that they randomly select which orders they are going to take. I went back to my car waited about another 20min for them to take my order and in the middle of them taking my order they send out a man to my car who stands there and just looks at me. I said Can I help you? His reply was I’m just a cook I don’t know what they sent me out here for. And he walked off. So now I’m super annoyed. I waited forever on the food as well and when I received my order they gave me French fries when I asked for tator tots. So the young man who brought my food out took the fries and had a young lady bring me tots . This store was so unprofessional, the young lady had super long nails she had super short shorts on with holes in the shorts. I asked her for the GM name so that I could call Monday(today) (this happened over the weekend) she told me his name was David. So fast forward to today I call and David answers I tell him about my experience on Saturday evening at his restaurant and he tells me unfortunately there’s nothing he can do about that that is what he is dealing with, with his staff at the moment was there anything else he could help me with. 🤬 so needless to say I ended up calling corporate. Read moreAnother place with good service in the area employee show understanding of customers needs even when you show up and they're closing in 8 minutes and I still take your full order and get it out in a vastly timely manner with a smile on their face during the time when they are trying to clean up and get ready to go home definitely outstanding to a customer wen busy all day and late to dinner needing anything to eat they definable got tip and please ig possible and realistically not going to hurt your budget keep on mind to maybe tip your waiter any place you're served from a person they work hard to allow you to pay for item u don't have to lift a finger for our pay majority goes to business and what waiter may earn including tips is taxed even a quarter tip can bring out 2 smiles yours and there's just althought over some conversations about tipping sonic waiters or not there's no rite or wrong answer here it's what you feel wen enjoying convenience and dinner that you ate already giving money towards you worked hard for also .
