The girls at the window were extremely rude, we couldn’t understand the AI at the speaker box the lady taking over our order was huffing and puffing over the microphone, we pulled up to the window and she instantly was giving us an attitude we were trying to let her know that our drink (that cost more then the drink we wanted) was wrong she instantly was saying “i asked you over at the speaker box” even though we had told her at the speaker box we couldn’t really hear her… and then when they threw a fit over giving us our drink we were looking at our bag to make sure our drink was right the other lady came up and said “you have 10 minutes before we call the fing cops”… overall really bad customer service we were just trying to get our drink right and the ladies made it seem like it was a bigger deal then what it was. very disappointed in this location i’ve been coming here for years and this has never happened… it was supper embarrassing and disappointing to hear the vocabulary coming out of these ladies mouth over no reason. I ordered 4 items and when rung up each item was 50 more than what the menu said it was, when I asked why, I was told that the menu was going up but they hadn't put up the new prices in drive thru.I'm from KC and you are suppose to honor the advertised price, and when I asked them to honor the listed price I was told NO. So I asked how am I suppose to know the prices of the items I am ordering and I was told they could tell me. No, that's not how that works. Read moreThe closest location to me. I've never had a problem on visits but the customer service during the night shift has dropped horribly. The past 3 times I've gone I've made sure to ask them before I got my food to make sure I had not lettuce and tomatoes or chicken Instead of beef (whatever the case may be) they have handed my bag and always in an annoyed tone say yes mam and everytime I get home friends or family members complain about their order being wrong and I seriously dont feel the need to go thru the bag myself when I've placed my order in drive thru and remind the cashier nicely at the window.
