Very rude employee. Did not get her name, but there were two ladies working there last night. One was pleasant , the other was rude and disrespectful. Am not from here. New transplant from up north. Already have service with MPCS and unfortunately car was broken into a phone stolen. Before looking at phones I asked the rude csr if she knew of any auto window replacement businesses since she was from the area. Her response, all you have to do is look for it on your phone (internet), I am sure you can find it. The other csr was helpful by her trying to assist me. Was asking for recommendations. Any how the rude lady somehow convinced me to purchase the phone I was going to get a little later that night. I said OK, let me check my finances I probably can. To have some privacy I left to make the call. Was on hold for a bit, probably 10 minutes. I came back in because it is too cold. More customers came into take care if business, they left I was waiting for my csr yo come back on the phone. What did the rude csr do? She asked me what I was going to do...mind you she had already asked me before and I told her I was on hold. Even asked her if they were closing up, she said no, many hours to go. So asked her why are you asking me when you see I am still on the phone. Response was they can't just have people lounging in the store for security purposes. Reminded her she is the one who convinced me to get the phone and I am a MPCS customer. She still went on to treat me disrespectful. So I told her I will do business elsewhere and that she needed to work on her customer service. She said that is fine. I took down the number of the franchise and I will be giving him a call. It's just crazy to me that this rude unprofessional csr somehow convinced me to purchase the phone last night and at the same time try to bully me in hurrying up the transaction. Not one that can be intimidated, but she does not have customer...
Read moreWent in today, 7.21.21 and was outright lied to about the process of changing sim cards to another phone. She lied and said it would cost $22 dollars to do so because they would need to change something in the network to get the new phone to work. Apparently NONE OF THAT IS TRUE! Simply pop the sim card in the other phone and it's done.
She told me to go to a different store or call customer service and maybe they can waive the fee. She clearly just didn't want to be bothered.
How someone Ike that has a customer service job is beyond me. This establishment is doing a great disservice to themselves by keeping her on staff. By reading the comments I'm not the only one to think this. I think her name was Elizabeth. Who ever she is they need to get rid of her. She's clearly willing to lie to customers to avoid doing any extra...

Asked about iPhone USB-c adapter, she pulls one off the wall behind the counter at a distance of 4ft. She wholes it up in the air. I asked her could she put it on the counter so I could maybe read the details of the charger. She said no.So I said what do you think I'm going to grab it and run out the store with it. Her response was yes!!! Really!! Now I'm a 60 year old well groomed man of color. Elizabeth is latino as well as the other clerk who moved toward us and a defense matter, I was totally offended how I was treated. This took placed at the Forest Hill store around 12 noon...
