Just left there was loading my card and decided to grab something because I had a death in the family for my son to eat really quick. Grab a lunchable then went to grab some noodles. Couldn’t decide if I wanted a pack or a single so in making my decision I’m noticing someone is on the aisle. It’s a staff member And she’s just staring at me bluntly and I look up and notice she never took her eyes off me I’m like hi how are you? Hi how are you doing? It didn’t dawn on me at first until I picked up the noodles and I looked back up and she still standing there staring at me. What a disgrace everyone doesn’t steal I’m 50 years old and the day I can’t pay for anything I don’t need it. It’s always something here if the cashier is not talking about the customer who doesn’t understand how to work things with another customer it’s always something then when I called to make reference of how uncomfortable and unprofessional and how tacky it was You hear someone in the background after speaking with Sandra saying no weapons formed shall prosper boss as only an uncle Tom would say when they know they’re rude, but I’ll be switching my business to CVS because I get everything here my prescriptions and everything and no one deserves this treatment. I don’t care what kind of times they are on. I pray that this place gets better staff, not managers, staff. And know the difference that everyone is not a criminal or a thief. Read moreThis is a pharmacy, they give medications to people with health issues. They sell OTC meds for some of these health issues. There is construction all around them. I pulled in to use the restroom because they were the closest parking lot as a Lyft driver trying to go in and use. I have stomach issues and anxiety and PTSD. I am clear north DFW area out of my area and just trying to use a restroom real quick with my stomach issues so I can get back on the road. No public restroom I get but I explained I have stomach issues and trying to to use something real quick there is construction all around the store. It took me 10 mins to just get into their parking lot. When they told me still no restroom it forced me to have to try to run to the restaurant across the street and I could not make it in time. Now not only am I soiled because of my stomach issues but I am 50 miles from home out trying to work with high anxiety flaring up just from that. My anxiety flares up I don't always know how to be social. When I tried to call to apologize for the situation after changing and cleaning up no one would listen to me. Read moreI never go to Walgreens for a reason but was in a hurry and had to get a Covid test so we can travel. For one the transaction cxl when trying to use my hsa card. Then the cashier told me my reception will be sent electronically. I never set this up and asked for a receipt so i can be reimbursed for the test. She told me “you will have to wait till my cashier gets here”. I said, ok i will wait. I then explained to her that my number had changed and the lady in line works there too and told her how to get me a receipt. She kept insisting she had to go to the back to get it. So as she was headed to “the back” the manager, heavy set man with gray hair asked what she was doing and she told him, he told her no to go to pharmacy, she left me standing there saying “i can’t help you my manager told me to go to the pharmacy. Then i asked the manager and i said i didn’t sign up to get electronic receipts and he didn’t care, i said i don’t shop her because everything is so difficult and he had the nerve to argue with me. Walgreens, is this really your standard on how to treat your customers??? I am livid. I was patient, and had someone helped me get info changed i would have done that, but they didn’t care to help.
