After my wife and I came across some very positive reviews on Nextdoor for Sedona Jewelers, a jewelry family business here in the village, we decided to use their services to liquidate a large amount of inherited gold jewelry and silver coins. After a few one-on-one personal interactions in the privacy of our house (that we greatly appreciated) we quickly became quite impressed with the level of experience, transparency, dedication and professionalism that both Carl and his wife Jamie brought to the table. Based on his 50+ years of experience in the jewelry industry, Carl in particular was surprisingly candid and open about the not always honest and downright unethical practices of the industry in general. Due to the sheer amount of work involved in analyzing and processing the several dozens pieces of jewelry and large amount of silver coins involved in our transactions, we ended up dealing with this business for nearly 2 months. Carl had to reach out to several of his many industry connections and experts to give us the most honest and accurate estimate value of our lot. During this 2 months we became easily convinced of our right decision to use this local family business to handle our large precious metals transaction. Our only concern in this whole experience, was the sheer amount of stress and unhealthy excess of work hours Carl seemed to willingly put on himself due to his complete dedication to his business. While we appreciated his complete focus and determination on getting us the very best deal, we did become concerned on several occasions for his health and lack of sleep, and encouraged him to please take better care of himself.

In the end, we both felt that the percentage they took to manage and process our transaction was worth every penny and was truly deserved. We also greatly appreciated the level of attention, dedication and transparency we’ve received during these 2 months of interactions. We therefore do wholeheartedly recommend this local family jewelry business to anyone in need of honest jewelry...

Dear Customers, BEWARE!! I was completely swindled by this shop, I was sold a FAKE! I made a sizable purchase that was actually Cubic Zirconia stones and NOT the LCD carbon diamonds I came in to purchase. I decided to get my new favorite jewelry appraised just to make sure I got what I paid for, and sure enough I was totally scammed and taken advantage of. If you decide to purchase anything of value from this store, you MUST get it appraised immediately. Worst experience purchasing fine jewelry in my life! If the prices seem 'too good to be true', they are! Please don't be naïve, don't be FOOLED like I was.

Addendum!! Since these shameful liars can't admit to their disgusting antics, having the audacity to acuse me of having a 'fake account'. I decided to return and provide my 'so called pathetic receipt card', which had white out and never even referenced the LCD stones I was verbally promised & sold. I also noticed that ever since they got caught red handed, they immediately went on the offensive and began adding a slew of 5 star reviews!!! Maybe after all, these disgusting shop owners are themselves the FAKES!
